Dishonored has been below $7.50 four times in the past few weeks, so the odds that it'll be cheaper elsewhere in this sale season are high. If you want to preorder Metal Gear Rising (which is an excellent game, for the record), the ongoing 20% discount code at GameFly works on it for now for a final cost of $16. For this current crop of flash deals, Divekick and CS: Global Offensive are safe to buy. Non-Steam deals: GMG20-ZB5D1-93X49 for 20% off at GMG GFDDEC20 for 20% off at GameFly Note that for Civ 5, there are a bunch of ways you can combine purchases to get all the parts you need (core game, two expansions, and a bunch of DLC). Gold Edition + BNW covers everything, although if you're going that route, you might want to get the Firaxis Pack with BNW a la carte, since you'd be getting two extra games for $2.50. Batman: Arkham Origins $20 after code @GreenManGaming Civilization V: Gold Edition + Brave New World $20 @Amazon Civilization V: Gold Edition + XCOM: Enemy Unknown + Civilization IV Complete $15 @Amazon Civilization V: Brave New World $7.50 @GetGamesGo Bioshock Triple Pack $15 @Amazon Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons $6 @Amazon Outlast $6.80 (or $5.44) @GamersGate D&D Master Collection (Planescape Torment, Baldur's Gate 1+2 Complete, Icewind Dale 1+2 Complete, all DRM-free) $5 (or $4) @GamersGate Neverwinter Nights 1+2 Complete (DRM-free) $7.50 (or $6) @GamersGate May just be a regional thing, but the Bioshock triple pack is at equivalent to 15 dollars here in Brazil (and just the Infinity at equivalent to 10 dollars), so the same as the amazon link. I still find it weird that a AAA title is priced down to 10 dollars within less than a year of being released. Begs the question, why would I buy any (steam-compatible) game at release anymore, besides when I want to actively support the company? Hoping for EU4 to go on sale. I totally missed the humble bundle thing.

I totally missed the humble bundle thing. Because you want to play right now, not in 6 months. 30-40 dollars doesn't have the same value for diferent people and it's often still far less than what you spend on other forms or entertainement. If it's a release you have been waiting for, it still makes sense to pay full price for it.

If stuff isn't beeing sold in your region you're out of luck unless you want to try buying with a VPN which can be risky. ( Although i know people with fake accounts that they use VPN's on and gift stuff to their regular account ) . Dead Island isn't available for me for example here in Germany.

I own Dead Island already so yeah. Had some fun in co-op with but yeah it's not great. The thing in Germany is if the rating board doesn't give the game a rating its illegal to sell the game in germany to minors . You could still sell it to adults if you can make sure you only sell to adults. Which steam kinda doesn't. You can still import stuff and buy from keyshops as a minor without any checks so it doesn't really work anyway. The sad part is when you buy 18+ titles on amazon for example they make you pay extra if the game is 18+ for checking your ID. I remember i imported Deadly Premonition because buying from a german source would've costed me 10€ extra just to check my fucking ID.

amount of blood or violence doesnt really matter, you can even have a game where 1 edition is banned and the GOTY or something is ok. im pretty sure i amputated people in deadspace and that was fine, but fallout 3 had a cut version because it had amputations in it. And then in Fallout 3 New vegas GOTY it was ok again to shoot off heads. And in Skyrim its also ok to behead people in slowmotion with my sword.

Any game that gives me an infinite supply of 747's, an infinite supply of c4, and an infinite supply of other players gets an A motherfucking + in my book. the fact that its $3 is just gravy.

Get's pretty crazy with how many people are on the map at one time. Only real downside is I am still getting crashes pretty frequently but hopefully they will patch up those issues.
