My personal favorite: Building traps for your friends while they are off doing something else. There is just nothing quite like getting a poison dart in your face when your open your housedoor, or getting teleported into a pit of lava when moving through your basement.

I saw that Sins of Solar Empire: Rebellion was on sale today as well. I'm gonna pick that up this weekend. The eternal question is "Which game is better". But I'm going to ask: Which game is easier to get into?

The eternal question is "Which game is better". But I'm going to ask: Which game is easier to get into? They are different genres, with Sins of a Solar empire having a lot of RTS to it. I haven't played that much Sins but I found it pretty complicated. It was a long time ago, but from what I remember Sins was very RTS like. Homeworld would be closer to it than Endless Space. Endless Space on the other hand I have played lots and it is one of the easiest if not the easiest 4X game to get into. Once you understand how Food, Industry, Dust and Science works there isn't really anything difficult about it. Some would say it is pretty shallow compared to other 4X games (true to an extent), but I find it enjoyable.

Endless Space is much more complicated and complex to get the hang of. Its pretty fun but it got old pretty fast.

Also the expansion seems to actually have taken away a lot of things from the game. I think they call it "streamlining". I rather play Gal Civ 2. For sins...its ok, but i vastly prefer Ai War, which s build around a challenging single player campaign.

It's very Civ like so I'd recommend it to Civ lovers before the end of the sale.

Game just got announced and I don't even think its in alpha yet for founders. By the waym on topic, Endless Space sale is over I think but now it's Sins of a Solar Empire that is on sale 10$.
