DMC worth 9 euro? Bionic Commando worth picking up for less than 5 euro for both? Are the Lost Planet series any good?
DMC is decent, most DMC fans will say it is weaker than than the originals. LP1 is good LP2 is good, but just absolutely cannot be played on PC, tons of bugs nad glitches. LP3 sucks hard

About the Lost planet games, LP2 and LP colonies edition use GFWL and capcom is not one to go back and patch old games like 2k just did with Bioshock 2 or Rocksteady/WB are doing with Batman Arkham games
If I remember correctly this version of Lost Planet 1 doesn't use GFWL http://store.steampowered.com/app/6510/ , also it's cheaper. The series is pretty mediocre with some nice elements to it and a $3.75 price of entry is pretty good imo.

I agree with Torte here, If you like DMC in general, I'd recommend it for 9 Euro, just dont expect the quality of DMC3.
And LP2 sucked hard, I really dislike it. Played for 2 hours and got so annoyed by the game mechanics that I never even wanna touch that game again.

LP3 sucks hard I played LP2 on PS3 and I remember that game being terrible. The boss battles were the most grindy, boring shit and all the city levels were just terrible.

Been awhile since I played LP2, so I could be wrong. I definitely liked the approach in terms of environment and atmosphere. But the game has a lot of flaws probably yeah.

If you decide to buy it, get the non bta humble focus weekly first since Divinity 2 by the same devs gives an extra 10% discount on Dragon Commander making it 50% off

I have Divinity 2 from the humble bundle but it's not applying to Dragon Commander. Gonna wait for Christmas sale on it anyway I think

seems some people in reddit are also saying that the discount is not applying to them while others do get it, pretty weird

oh hmm i just got my civ V from the greenman promotion and I realized it comes without the expansions... not sure if I even want to install it now, lol, I've heard so many bad things about the base game.

The base game really isn't bad, per se. Especially if you never played it before. It's just that the expansions make it so much better.

The base game is a huge downgrade from Civ IV, especially if you don't like the new one unit per tile system.

If I may say so, Civ V is a downgrade from FreeCiv aka Civ I & II & III :D

The stack of doom system is the most terrible system ever...

Hah, I hope this will not turn into a "which civ is the best civ" discussion. Those are worse than android vs. apple flamewars.

Besides Galactic Civilizations II is better than Civ anyway

Just got my free Civ5 game, thanks to the guy that posted that link few pages ago <3.
