The next game in the series is scheduled for early 2014 as well, with boats on top of everything, apparently. The multiplayer is really good in those games.

In particular, PC doesn't have a whole lot of choice as far as character action games go, so DMC4 and DmC are both worth your while if you're interested in the genre. Speaking of that sale I was thinking of getting Bionic Commando and the sidescroller Bionic Commando, anyone know much about those games, how they play and stuff?

Cus that's what I'm getting right now. And thanks for the alert ![]()

I watched my gf play some Sherlock Holmes yesterday. It's not a game. It's basically you being led through the story coupled with some clicking and some annoying mechanics (that chem lab, wtf?) the only puzzle I've seen in an hour of gameplay (chess thingy) was cute. However, they put a lot of work into making it look similar to the series (with Jeremy Brett) including accents and certain pronunciations. If you're a fan of Sherlock Holmes himself and can get over some clumsy controls it might be worth it. If you have no clue what series I'm even talking about, don't bother.

The sidescroller is awesome, it's just the original with better graphics etc. Really fun. The new one is... meh. It's fun for a while, but nothing amazing. The climbing mechanic is pretty fun, but personally, I think the original remake is better still.

DMC worth 9 euro? Bionic Commando worth picking up for less than 5 euro for both? Are the Lost Planet series any good?
