magicka dlc is mostly robes and staffs that give different active skills and stuff, not really that worth it but a nice bit flair. the dlc that are not cosmetic are Vietnam, the other side of the coin and the stars are left.
Vietnam gives you a survival map and a timed mission rescue thing the other side of the coin is a new campaign and the stars are left is a lovecraftian themed campaign. Dungeons and daemons seems to be another campaign but I haven't played it
People should vote for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive to be the next deal. Then buy it! The game is sick good. I already have 259 hours on my copy. It is a great update to this classic series.

Good summary.
From my experience, Magicka was a lot of fun messing around with friends. We found the DLC to be a good purchase because we were already enjoying the game. If you don't have any friends to play with, you probably wouldn't appreciate the extra content the DLC has. If you have some friends to play with and you like the look of gameplay videos, I suggest picking it all up as one bundle because it really is a steal.

it's like playing a dungeon crawler single player, much more difficult if you don't know the good magic combinations and The stars are left is ridiculously hard. You get more enjoyment playing with someone on voip because there is friendly fire and it gets ridiculous but at the price I recommend picking up the base game since the gameplay is very fun and somewhat unique

I liked it so far.
I don't think it's an awesome game (especially less awesome than what it looks like from videos) but it's still solid. The difficulty ramps up quickly and the story isn't exactly... awesome. If you're looking for the general gameplay you see in TBs video though you won't be disappointed. If this was imdb I'd say 6/10, still a great buy for fans of that genre but it won't sweep anyone else off their feet.

It's a really good dungeon crawler. Way better than D3 and more replayability. I paid full price for it and think its worth it. Awesome and colorful design, cool classes and abilities, and overall really fun. Sort of a must buy if you like dungeon crawlers.

If you like ARPG's, it's definitely worth the $5. I think it is better than Diablo 3 but worse than Path of Exile, but it's mostly the cartoony graphic style that turns me off. The actual gameplay is solid and the loot is interesting, which is much more than could be said of Diablo 3 upon release.
It just depends on whether or not you will enjoy the repetitive nature of ARPGs.
I've been hit hard this year as I really have been out of computer gaming for awhile...
Alan Wake Bastion Borderlands 2 Dragon Age: Origins - Ultimate Edition Left 4 Dead 2 Mark of the Ninja RollerCoaster Tycoon 3: Platinium! (I always thought this would be a great game... let's see if it lives up to the hype!) Sid Meiser's Civilization V Torthlight II The Walking Dead The Witcher 2 : Assassins of the Kings Enhanced The Witcher: Enhanced Edition
.... Damn. Am I missing anything obvious? You can probably see I'm computer side for the next little while.
