Apparently the story is really well done yet it's very short (only 4-5 hours long?) Also, Remember me looks kind of interesting...but I don't think it's $30 interesting... Absolution is a linear version of blood money Fun but nowhere close as fun as blood money

Though consider that it's still in alpha and so still being worked on. If you're into space flight games, just like space in general or are into simulations, it's an amazing game. Shogun 2 is always discounted a lot, so I guess everyone who is interested in that game series already has it anyways. Hitman Absolution is just as good as any other Hitman game, but was on sale earlier as well. Remember Me... I was kinda interested in this one, but after watching a few gameplay videos and TBs WTF is... it feels like it falls flat on anything apart from the setting. Fallout New Vegas is actually pretty good to for that price. I'm kinda thinking of getting Ace Combat Assault Horizon from the flash sales. Wanted an air combat game for a while, but no idea if it's really good.

Setting & some stuff (manipulating memory) is fun. Combat & platforming gets repetitive. I'd say wait until it's available for 10-15 (so maybe Christmas sale).

XCOM, Civ. IV Complete, Civ. V Gold for only $20. Amazon has pretty damn good deals. Might get this, leaving me with still $10 in Steam Wallet. Should've gotten me FTL for $2.50. I already have too many games, might just save my Steam Wallet for another sale or maybe buy me some trading cards.

I obviously wouldn't recommend dropping $5 right now when it'll be $2.50 probably at least once more before the end of the sale, but it's something to keep in mind. Would you recommend Shogun 2 to me if all I want is to play the map and skip the battles? Not really. The Shogun 2 strategic map is kind of linear, there aren't a lot of paths to take, so if that is all you want to play, i assume it would be rather bland.
