Not only do they get more of the money, but they also give you both a steam key and a DRM-free version. I obviously wouldn't recommend dropping $5 right now when it'll be $2.50 probably at least once more before the end of the sale, but it's something to keep in mind. That's a good candidate for the 15% off code. Awesome, thanks for the find, RiceAgainst, and thanks for the suggestion, Lemstar.

Since you're from Germany for New Vegas you should the Ultimate Edition because the normal was is horribly butchered in Germany ( thanks USK ) but when they released the Ultimate Edition the USK apparently no longer cared and now it's uncut . For Fallout 3 there's no such luck sadly . But yes i would say get the ultimate edition , but if you get Fallout 3 don't get it with a German IP use a proxy. Regarding both Fallouts i personally think New Vegas is the better game but Fallout 3 is pretty good as well .

If you'll think you'll make it through all of the content, then yeah $2.50 for all of the DLC (which is pretty good as far as DLC goes) is a nice deal (versus $20+ with no discount). But if you're just curious to see if you like the game, then I'd avoid the DLC and just get the base game.

To be fair its probably depicted even more homogeneous than it actually was. Thats one of the reasons why I didnt enjoy my second playthrough AND the fights are much less fun than in Rome or Medieval imho. But thats also a matter of taste. Id wait for RomeII if i were you. I enjoyed Medieval and Rome but I never liked Empire or Shogun. Pretty much yeah Shogun 2 for the strategic map only kinda is wasting the game's other half. I rather enjoyed the game but that's due to my enjoyment of watching hordes of Samurai run into each other and setting up battlefield tactics. It's a good game if you enjoyed the original shogun you'll love 2 but if you prefered Empire or Rome more it may be a bit small for your tastes due to the one nation setting. Japans not exactly huge in comparison to Europe and the like.

It looks like a 4x turn based tactics, might help me get a civ/heroes of might and magic fix. At least try the HOMM VI demo, they patched it a lot since release and I like it a lot now that it's (more) balanced and not as buggy. edit: for SP though, I don't have any MP experience

It will go lower for a certainty so definitely wait. I played a lot of NS1 but don't really like NS2, and the playerbase has shrunk pretty dramatically. It's not a terrible game it's just not as good as NS1 and is plagued with performance problems

I got addicted as fuck to NS2 when I first bought it when it was on sale, pretty much 8 hours every day for a month. The game is awesome, very fun especially with some sort of communication.
