I would never wear those ridiculous purple vanu spandex outfits and i don't agree with the political views of TR, NC is the only true choice, but TL has people with lots of different opinions and some might not agree and would probably rather join one of the bad factions. While it may be based on EVE's corp, Test _, Please Ignore has been used plenty of times on Reddit. Specifically, the PAC (political action committee) was called Test PAC, Please Ignore. It's based on the most upvoted post ever: Test Message, Please Ignore. TL;DR: Just come play with us, damnit!

I don't know what it is but I'm really starting to hate the ice continent. Edit: Check that I'll do it tomorrow I think I got in a little late and they seemed busy. http://www.reddit.com/r/betakeys/comments/11j637/rbetakeys_will_be_giving_out_at_least_500_keys/ I found this for those people who are looking for keys.

EDIT: Did you guys see the dev talk about future changes to be made? Spawn beacons will no longer cost resources or use up a tool slot Squad leaders who are actively leading a squad and have unlocked the beacon cert will be able to place a beacon on a timer The nearest "hard spawn point" to your squad leader will be available to all squad mates to spawn at regardless of their location on the map Squad vehicles like Sunderers will be available to be spawned at regardless of distance Players will be able to "Instant Action" to their squad leader as long as the instant action timer is available. My favorite update thus far. Keeping squads close and allowing more spawn points will really boost the fun while playing in a group. Base Capture Mechanics: Having to stay on a point, larger points, faster cap with a larger group, and "Defenders will earn bonus experience for actions taken during the base capture, repairs, heals, revives, kills, etc. Attackers will earn a large XP bonus upon successful capture." This is what the game has been missing for quite some time. Better caping system and an actual reason to att / def. Instant Action / Hotspots work better Il believe it when I see it. Intercontinental Warfare: Total continental domination, continent benefits from locking continents that carry over globally, and mechanics to support retaking locked continents Jaw dropping stuff. Cant wait to see the new 3rd continent and this well tie the game in very nicely in a larger scale. All in all these, sound VERY impressive and I cannot wait to see them implemented. I see so much potential here: especially with better spawns for squads and base capping.

Very nice changes, I agree. Squad-based play is really where it's at in this game, so giving squad members a lot of options to stick together is definitely going to be a good thing. This is what the game has been missing for quite some time. Better caping system and an actual reason to att / def. Not sure I understand all of this. Having to stay on a point means you need to stay really close to a point when you're attacking, until your faction gains control of the base? Sounds bothersome and probably means that taking some of the larger bases becomes a lot more difficult because you need way more people to occupy points. I agree with the defender/attacker bonuses, although that was already sort of in place with the 500 XP bonus you get for converting/defending a base. Curious to see how big they plan on making the rewards. Il believe it when I see it. Yeah... Let's hope they can (finally) deliver on this one. I would love a way to reliably see where the big battles are taking place, because both defending bases against impossible odds and rolling straight over a poorly defended base aren't a lot of fun. It can be frustrating sometimes to find a battle that isn't completely lopsided. Jaw dropping stuff. Cant wait to see the new 3rd continent and this well tie the game in very nicely in a larger scale. Interesting stuff. I hope they get the continent mechanics right, because it's an important part of the game. I hopped onto Esamir last night and it was still almost fully occupied by NC forces, been that way ever since they introduced the continent which is pretty ridiculous. That sounds like a lot... I guess it would be an effective way to resolve the territory issues Esamir has been having (on Eurydome server at least, don't know what it's like on other servers), and I never was too fond of the snowball effect you get when you reward the guys who already have the upper hand with even more advantages. Curious to see this in action. Have any of you guys tried the new weapons yet? What do you think of them? I haven't been able to buy any so far because I don't play every day and Auraxium comes in so very slowly...

It will make it harder to cap from an enemy, but the issue was that capping was to simple and severed little purpose. Also a major flaw was that once you controlled all the zones your team could just move out and not have to finish the cap... since it ldo it on its own. Yeah... It can be frustrating sometimes to find a battle that isn't completely lopsided. "See where the big battles are taking place" That will be a game changer, in a good way. Cant wait to use this. As it is now I will instant action to a "hot spot" and literally be the only person there.... or be dropped off no were near were I had requested. Interesting stuff. Oh and their getting rid of Auraxium and using only the certs. Thats why they are going to x4 it.

I don't understand the whole unlocking, and WTH resources are. Or why when I'm at an enemy post, I can't capture them sometimes. Also alot of times I spawn so far away from the action.

The incentive to stick around was sort of there already with the 500 XP capture bonus, but I think it certainly won't hurt to make capturing a base more challenging, especially if they're going to be adding more bonuses. To hell with the NC. Word. Nope, i want to try some more Sniper riffles. Oh and their getting rid of Auraxium and using only the certs. Thats why they are going to x4 it. Interesting! Makes more sense that way, and it adds the choice between getting a new weapon or buying upgrades for your existing weapons. I like it. I've only picked an Infiltrator a handful of times, but I felt very frustrated with how weak the standard Vanu sniper rifle seems to be. Two body shots not enough to take infantry down? Honestly? Felt almost impossible to score a decent number of kills.
