Reading back through the thread, I see a disproportionate amount of complaints regarding team stacking, spawn camping and high-level players camping and abusing air vehicles. If that's not actually you yourself, then I apologise, but it certainly is your clientele, and if I'm more likely to encounter situations like one the guy I quoted found - which, by all accounts, I am - then I'm going to avoid your server. I'm sorry if not wanting to be spawnraped down to 7vs3 makes me a crybaby.
The server's rotation is also biased towards large, open, vehicle-heavy conquest maps (when you're not experimenting with rush/hc, which I entirely approve of), and even if they're not your personal pet aircraft the fact remains that within one or two pages of the C4 runway tactic being brought up, you were stating that it was an instant ban. So it's pretty apparent that even if you don't use the aircraft yourself, you prefer an environment which fosters that kind of gameplay.
Which is fine. When both teams are relatively evenly balanced and both have good flyguys, I love Caspian. When they're stacked to hell, I do not, and it sounds like the TL server is often stacked to hell.
tl;dr: I apologise for assuming those guys were admins and that you directly condoned/participated in what was going on. But it does seem to be true that the players doing that are TL regulars, and that your server settings are biased towards the vehicle-based gameplay in which team stacking is most apparent and frustrating. The prevalence of those kinds of tactics does reduce my likelihood of calling your server home, whether it's directly your fault or not.

I don't understand how any of this could happen at any sort of high frequency when 90% of the time I check the TL server / join the TL server its 0-10 people
Have you thought maybe the problem is that there are 2 or 3 platoons filled with "yeah we love teamliquid rEcOGniZE suCKaS" yet the actual server has like 4 people in it? 3v7 sucks but at the end of the day 5v5 sucks. The few times I have played with a decent number the games have been gr8 despite basically losing all of them.

Just to chime in, I joined the TL server 3 times when the thread was bumped asking for people to help get the server going.
1 time everything was fine, people ran around and capped points hoping people would join. (which never happened)
The other two times I was spawncamped by a the attack chopper. Even after mentioning in chat that I would like to try to learn to fly the jets, since people weren't on, they were just shot on the ground (if I ever spawned in one)
I've since removed the TL server from my favorites and don't visit it any more. Its not that this should be bannable, just that it is no fun to be unable to spawn.
I have no idea if the server is just fine when full, but with <10 people its currently pretty silly.

Yes, we can get more admins. I'm just going to set a bunch of regulars to admin. If your part of TL, and you play on it often, chances are youll find urself with admin soon. If someone is abusing, we'll simply remove them.
So we dont get these "reports".

ya i stopped coming to tl server after 2nd day cause was seeing lots of team stacking, i know tl people wants to play together but no idea it got this bad.

The server won't ever stay filled until it actually stays up all of the time. It seems to be down half the day.. or when i usually check.

I do think it will run, just not very well. The box recommends Nvidia Geforce 8, 9, 200, 300, 400, or 500 series with Nvidia Geforce 8800 GT or higher performance.
According to this notebookreview.com thread:The 8800mGTX is much faster than the 9300M.
The 9300m falls between the 8400GS and 8400Gt in performance.
Other than that, your specs seem up to par for the minimum requirements. I think as long as you lowered every setting, it'd be playable. But depends on whether you want a playable or an enjoyable experience. I run all lowest settings, because I prefer performance to visuals (since I play mostly online).

I have no problem with team stacking, as I can still get kills, and have fun if their team has a general higher skill level than my team. It is only when the teams are so obviously unbalanced, AND they camp spawn. Then when someone brings it up, some smart ass replies like "well not our fault your team quit" When in reality it is their fucking fault, and they do nothing to rectify it, or progress the server to people whom are just finding out about team liquid. The only reason I tend to avoid the TL server is that it seems to be the most unstable one for me (I get disconnected often but that could just be coincidence).
But I hate 64 man servers. I hate them. I hated 32 man servers in CoD, more is not better. Sometimes it becomes something that makes it too hard to even play, and what fun is a game that I can't actually play?
Granted the scaling is nice enough that it isn't too bad, I guess, but it's still to chaotic for me to enjoy because I spend more time wondering what happened to me than what to do.
But I prefer 32 man servers Conquest Large or regular Conquest. I am not fond of Rush, but it is fun sometimes, and I despise hardcore because dying faster in a game where I already hate dying fast is not fun for me.
If it was 32 man though, I would so play it more and I could handle HC or Rush or both as long as it was 32 man (less than that feels barren). I'm always taking a while to find a server with me and my clan mates.
