Problem there is the US spawn has its TOW in a useless position, and there is only 1 path out. Russian tanks can line up such that they can entirely lock the US inside their spawn area. This is a good example of a map that's simply imbalanced between the two sides | ||

I guess I've never ran into the RU side doing this. Is there anyway to sneak out just solo and and be able to plant some c4 on one of the tanks? | ||

Basically there's 1 road down torwards A with no cover, then a second road down torwards C, also with no cover. Basically you'd get into an impossible situation which could only *possibly* be solved by having like 4+ people go engineer and mass repair your sides vehicles and/or coordinate to all fire your RPGs at the enemy vehicles at once to kill it faster than repair (easier said than done) | ||

So angry, the game is so damn amazing. But having played CSS competitively for years I cannot stand these anti cheat engines being absolute shit. If ESEA could catch cheaters why cant punkbuster. Seeing these long rants almost makes me want to ignore them. I haven't seen one hacker yet and I've probably played more than 97% of people on this forum, so either you're the most unlucky person in the world or I'm the luckiest. | ||

Tanks are far from pointless, if you have one person repairing it is extremely hard for one engineer to kill you and there usually isn't a whole lot of coordination from the other team to kill you unless you piss them all off by killing them multiple times. Just try and watch out for people trying to C4 you and don't drive through obvious chokes where an AT mine is probably at and just go around and capture all the points. | ||

They are absolute beasts, but they cant go inside enemy base without infantry support and kill everyone. (well, atleast not when everyone can get AT weapon) Tanks are supposed to stay clear of unknown places with a lot of spots to hide in, strike from a distance and have their flanks secure. If you take a tank and 3 infantry following around it, the enemy barely stands a chance. If you dont have any people around you, just dont enter such areas unless you want to gamble. Also, engi rockets from the front are barely noticable so they cant threaten you from a distance. | ||

I think the only thing you got right is that running around like a lunatic is bad... but it's bad all the time, not just sc. Decent HC people will smoke you. Tanks are amazing if you think before charging in and have a gunner. A tank with no gunner is as useless as an attack heli without one. also, highway is awesome. You're all just babies. | ||
