In SkyrimPrefs.ini, find the following:
fAudioMasterVolume=1.000
And increase as necessary. I have mine set to 1.5000, but I think I'm going to increase... It might also be an idea for you to run Skyrim, then alt + tab and check if Win 7 (If you are running Win 7) is 'equalizing' the audio (if it isn't, turning it on might help).

No weapons. Just get a follower and summon stuff. Any magic buff works. I'm doing that now. Never touched a weapon unless the quest made me.

I discovered a bit of an exploit last night... If you have the skill where you move at a higher speed while blocking, you can sneak with your weapon drawn and go faster by holding block.

The stuff leading up to the final battle was really cool, but I felt a little disappointed in the actual final battle. I just shouted him down and punched the shit out of him twice and that was it. I would have liked to see a few more phases of the battle. It especially ruined the immersion for me because I kept thinking "This final boss can't see that he's about to die?" as I'm punching his stupid dragon head and his life bar is going under 10%... he just sat there and took it while talking to me about the fate of the world or some shit. Anyways, now I'm just going around and side questing like a boss. I got up to 950 armor rating and 100 enchanting so now I just have to figure out what I want to enchant my armor with. Oh I also found there's a guy in the meadery that you can persuade over and over so I grinded Speechcraft to 100 so that merchants get a little more money now that I'm balling out of control. Super fun game. I think I just passed 100 hours.
I really would just get a mod that increases merchant cash reserves, unless you really really like micromanaging and porting between cities to sell off all your junk. Like, I started a new game and made it a point to never loot anything but quest items, potions and jewelry. I ended up with so much crap I could not sell them off without doing several days waiting around which imo is silly, so I just got a mod. Now I don't need to break my adventuring for a tour de vendor every few hours.

You can invest in the guy in Riverwood and he gets 11k gold to barter with for some reason. Saves a bunch of time if you don't want to resort to mods.

By the time I reach level 20ish I already have more money than I can spend.

It lets you sneak at full normal running speed. It's pretty obvious that it shouldn't work that way.

If the description is exactly like he said
" skill where you move at a higher speed while blocking"
Then it makes sense.
If it's something like... " skill where you move at a higher speed while blocking with a shield" and hes moving faster with his weapon drawn and blocking, then yeah, thats a bug.

Now to return to real life. Gonna take a break from Skyrim for a while. It was a good run, and I thoroughly enjoyed every second of it.

Any chance someone has a 50% off coupon in their steam inventory from the christmas event that they would be willing to part with? Would like to get this game.

However, there is a very special exception to this in the form of the Riverwood Trader, which increases its available gold to 10k with the perk, which is really helpful for most selling needs.

There's a lot of dumb stuff in the game, like for example the whole lockpicking perk tree. What sort of possible reason would you ever have to take ANY perk in that tree after you get Unbreakable? Not implying you need the tree at all in any case, but there's just dumb shit like that in the perk trees.
I don't find it adding to gameplay that I have to teleport over the map to sell junk I gathered because the vendor that can afford to list ebony weapons with enchants somehow only has 900 septims worth of cash. Then I get a perk and magically they all get +1000.

hmm, you guys really need to use pise and deadly dragons mod for gameplay and TESV Acceleration Layer + skyUI for basic things.
