If I recall correctly Tastosis weren't there to cast WC3, they just were at the event probably covering some BW tournament - it was either them casting it or no english stream at all so they did the wc3 community a big favor.

This is not entirely true, or at least half true.
There are VODs, if you can call them that, and I know this because I recorded all the video of the games that has ever been released from that event.

Since, the recording was done by me, the quality is pretty fucking terrible since I pretty much set up fraps to record the event for myself while I went out (and I had no experience with streaming or recording at all), so apologises for that.
Also as a result of me being the only one to record material, it didn't get very widely released, my bandwidth and general internet situation couldn't handle it.
I pushed out a torrent which might still have seeders, and if there is big enough demand I will upload them to youtube or something.
Also the aspect ratio is a lil off, since it was recorded off 16. 10 and the program that stitched it all together only uses 16.9.

Yeah someone closer to either of these guys could probably give more reliable information, but I am almost positive neither of these guys knew they would be casting WC3 when they woke up that day. It was probably one of those situations when the tournament officials didn't have anyone to cast a certain event at a strange time, and just threw them in because they had RTS knowledge.

So for those of you who were being critics of their WC3 casting ability... I don't know how you failed to notice that they had absolutely no intention of taking themselves seriously.

I havent ever played WC3 but DotA and a bit of the campaing, and everytime i see a VoD of competitive play, i like it more and more, I hope they dont screw things with WC4 so i get to play some WC (I think its to late to start with WC3, as it is for BW)

P.S: for someone that want to see some WC3 action, i recommend the blizzcon 2010 finals between Gruby and Moon, amazing games (L)

Their sarcastic contempt for WC3 is quite LOL-worthy. However, I think it was good that they casted Warcraft 3 since they can now make a bunch of WC3 analogies when casting the WC3 players who switched over to SC2 and are playing in the GSL. Like comparing Banshees to Blademasters when Lyn does some harass. Quite funny.
