See, it's a game like this that teaches you true pain. The agony of knowing I'll never be as good as that guy, because apparently I suck at this game. I hate you, Super Meat Boy.

That guy has 11k deaths tho, so its just practice practice practice ![]() Not trying to diminish his success, he's really badass at it. But just comparing myself now to what I was when I started, going through world 1 again for the heck of it was such a breeze now hah

I stayed away for awhile since I'm not usually a fan of platformers like this (and from the looks of some of the levels/what people were saying is that it gets quite tough/etc), but I can't get enough of it. Even when I've died a hundred times on a level, even near the end, I rage but I keep playing. The only suggestion I have is if you're playing this on the computer, the experience is MUCH better with a gamepad imo. I played for awhile/struggled with the keyboard, and now that I switched over to my generic Philips gamepad I find it a lot easier and way more enjoyable.

I hate you, Super Meat Boy. the final fight is easy compared to a lot of earlier levels, even light world ones. still hard though of course (hmm just realizing you might've meant the dark world version which i haven't played yet, so maybe ignore this) i am quite in love with this game, one of the best platformers i've ever played definitely. I would've paid full price for this game and not been even slightly disappointed, lasted longer and is more fun than a lot of games I've paid full price for. i also hit top 50 on the steam leaderboards today, although im not sure how much that means right now lol also beating the guy warp zone might be my greatest videogame achievement

I know how to list the global leaderboard, but is there a way to show your number? I know I won't be that high since I've just been trying for the fastest run possible each level.

Ya I'm #579. Figured I'd be low since I'm only now at the end of Dark World 2, but I enjoy the style and pace I'm playing. I spend sometimes hours on a single level going for the quickest route, but when I finish, it's just so satisfying.

I guess I should try setting some personal goals or something. + Show Spoiler + I guess I should do Cotton Alley and The End, since those are character specific.

Also, I liked competing for the leaderboards, but the way it's set up, it's going to be filled of pages of Mr. Minecraft on most of them.
