The drop rate are pretty terrible at low torment lvls. There aren't anyone who can farm on t5-6 effectively atm. If you only get 50% chance for a part at t6 after the machine, then it will take a very long time to get one crafted... | ||

Like T1 is 25%, T6 is 50% so if you can do T1 twice as fast you'll get on average the same amount. Only with a bigger variance though if you're unlucky. | ||

Apparently there was a bug that the drop chance was lower than they intended and it is being/has been hotfixed now, just saw a blue post mentioning it. | ||

Some numbers : out of 40 chests, i got 7 legendaries. So there seem to be a chance out of 5 to open a legendary in a cache. Also : open cache in highest difficulty once you get them (for imperial gems drops) | ||

I've opened about ~20 of them and got 4, so seems to be 20%. Got my bracers from one of them: http://us.battle.net/d3/en/profile/Glacier-1662/hero/3202684 I'm loving all the legendary effects. My shoulder, bracers, and ring are all adding to the fun now. | ||
