I was wondering, anyone interested in me setting up a stream and watch me fail with the rings? If there's an interest, I'll do it ^^

My post is in fact quoting the post about higher mp butcher, the rest of it agrees with what you have been saying. So yes 2 people have been talking about higher mp butcher. its stated in both of my posts (both post question the logic in running high mp butcher at all(even if he is easier then other bosses you don't really gain anything from farming bosses anymore))

(~1.2k axe with ~110 str and a socket) Yeah, I've come to the conclusion that the price drop was due to everyone in the US eating turkey and not turning the cogs of the AH.

So I thought i miscalculated the zeroes and do the trade again, this time w/o checking the item stats and click accept.Poof $$ gone....

Everyone gets scammed their first time, and from then on, they will know better. Back when I was a wee little kid playing d2, I got scammed my very first time. I wasn't very happy with it and for a while it was hard to accept that I'm back to where I was a couple days ago in terms of currency. 40m isn't a big loss, but it's no pocket change either. I hope this won't take too big a toll on your enjoyment of the game, especially since most the content of D3 is yet to be released. Right now, you can scam back the 40m you lost from other innocent players if you want to take the easy way out, or you can make some extra time to grind back the 40m. Hope you choose the latter though, since getting scammed is kinda shitty.

If you want to be paranoid keeping the chatlog and some screens is always a good idea.

I also wish you could see how an item will change your stats from the AH, just like can if you're in game. Just post the item on the ah in your chat, if you want to see how it affects your stats.

There's never too much precaution when trading, can't stress that enough. Making yourself aware of the possible trade scam scenarios also help a ton.

I've kept up patch-note wise, so I know all 'bout that, just wondering where people are farming these days now that you've got the same drop rate all over the realm? I mean Keys are obviously a parameter, but not counting that, is VotA still the way to go or what?
