I also watched you give up first blood ;] I never said cho was a bad hero, I just don't see how he helps a soraka, ez, shen +2dps team. Which hero are you going to replace without significantly weakening that lineup? That Udyr jumped me for being too reckless and jungling on their side =P.
I don't think you can really help the strongest team comp, but that's why I put him under secondary :D.

Are the servers unavailable for anyone else?

does anyone know riots policy on bans and stuff like that? because i played some games where i might have been severely obnoxious and later that day when i clicked on play, the practice icon was greyed out and nothing happens when i click solo or premade buttons. ive been looking everywhere for some sort of ban policy on the website but i guess im just bad at searching

Now that is a bit too harsh(Eve is the poop tier)... have some love for the clown. L0cust put Shaco in Tier 3, dunno if it still valid. locust feeds and his opinions are invalid. i've never ever ever ever ever seen him go positive (he's broken even once i remember that). not as bad as phreak but still bad. i'm beginning to feel more and more that a lot of the "big name" players just aren't as good as we make them out to be.
and gozey we REALLY can't premade together. we're cursed or something. we're probably running <30% winrate whenever we run together. its getting sorta ridiculous now. not to mention soner being occasionally intolerable and b12ad/jaedong's epic meltdown being unforgettable.
its really interesting to see oldschool AOE insta-gib teams vs roaming/heal-stacking teams. those games turn out to be really strategic and fun as hell. also i qued into a pantheon/TF/shen/karthus/ezreal(me) team and i would just run around their jungle TRYING to get ganked and turn a 1v3 into a 4(+1)v3. fucking hilarious, one of the funniest games i've ever played.
on that note i think the mass teleport and global ult teams are becoming more and more dominant right now. i talked with some better-than-me players and they were complaining about jiji's team running shen/TF/soraka/udyr +1 (heard karthus, ezreal, pantheon, ashe). they win every small team skirmish and tear towers down unbelievably fast due to a huge advantage in mobility (1v1 turns into a 4v1 tower diving party and tower cleanup afterwards). that's what i would run for the tryhard premade if i were you.
the epic mordekaiser: ok so i managed to find and upload the logfile (either that or someone else uploaded the correct game). http://www.lolbase.net/matches/view/US19048344 is where you'll find the game. servers are down so i can't check his rune/mastery setup but you can see his items and summoner spells there. that performance single-handedly flipped my perception of mordekaiser. it was unbelievably epic. part of it was probably him farming like crazy (232 cs at that point was no joke). still trying to figure out how he bursted so much damage without AP items. i distinctly remember seeing him run out of bushes at mid then take out a full health annie down in a second.

I mention it all the time to Baikin and Turkey, but most of us around our middle-upper tier elo aren't particularly inferior to the "big name" players, particularly those whom are actually "at the top" (Roku, TakashiX, etc.), the difference is in the amount of practice they get using the same hero setup with the same team.

but at the same time i've seen satashi and grackis epic fail and had to carry them. i've never seen locust and phreak do well enough to warrant respect for their opinions. i've qued with tymed and seen him do okay. don't know, they just don't seem to be so out of reach as i initially thought.

There are only a few things that separate people at that level, and it's decision-making when it comes to stuff like how low they can stay at before having to bluepill, judgment on skillshots, prediction and map/hero/item awareness and knowing your team. Most of us can play as well as they can mechanically, they're just more refined than us on a few points. That gets them a lot of kills, though.

I'd like to apply for the "dammit Gozey, go back to Ashe!" club. Are you accepting new members?
Oh, and random shoutout to Turkey's Shen. Even in the game where Utahime kept arrowing Shen and I kept trying to follow it with a storm (we were 3/9/6 and 1/6/9, with all of our kills coming once the game was decided, which tells you something about how well that works...), he kept on stacking his sunfires, and ended up 3/3/12. Unstoppable.

Baikinman back on list <3. And I'll try Ashe again once her new skill comes out and see if it changes her. She's just too gankable right now =\. My Guardian first soraka isn't bad I think, but I might switch up builds due to popular demand, I guess.

Morde is mighty on his own, but he's a terrible tank because since he's tough and his teammates are not, everyone just ignores him and there's nothing he can do to force enemies to focus on him- no crowd control, no burst, no mobility; no tools to help his team win team fights, basically. i thought this too until a morde just dominated a game i was in. i'll try to find the log and upload it to get his build and his name. but this guy was somehow insta-gibbing people in the midgame and was 12-1 or something by the end of the game. it was a jaw-dropping performance. edit: i do remember he had sunfire cloaks. but he was doing massive AoE damage. curious as to what his rune/mastery setup is. edit: actually is there any way to "read" your LoL logs? uploading to lolbase seems to be the only option but i can't remember which game it was and i don't want to upload all of them. I'm not surprised. It's not _that_ uncommon to see a fed Mordekaiser with an impressive performance while his team is sucking. I've had this happen several times. Big fight comes, everyone ignores Morde and focus on his teammates, all of Morde's teammates die but he manages to finish off two enemy champions his teammates almost killed. Repeat this scenario two or three times, and you get an overleveled Morde with lots of kills and few deaths, while the rest of his team is gimped because Morde gives them zero support and they die a lot. In other words- yes, Morde can be super scary, but he's not a terribly useful champion for his team. he wasn't fed when he started insta-gibbing people. and these weren't big team fights where he got ignored. he literally popped out of bush and someone died. it was amazing. That's... curious. Morde's sustained damage isn't bad, but his burst sucks, in my experience. It'd be interesting to see a Morde who's a real asset to his team one of these days :p Well I'll be damned, the day came.
My previous impression of Morde was mostly from the PoV of Jax. And really, Morde is a terrible tank for Jax because he provides zero support for you.
I just played 10 premade games, most of them with Morde, where the rest of the crew was usually all ranged champions, and suddenly I realized he was tanking damn well. He'd dive heimer turrets, enemy towers and into the enemy team like a boss, helped out with damage, and was generally shoving his huge metal presence right into the enemies' face. Laning with him (as Soraka) was hugely abusive, even when going up against Heim + Shaco, who were forced to keep spamming JitB + heim turrets just to keep us from taking down their tower.
They weren't high-ELO games, but when we tried other tanks in our setup (Amumu and Shen), none were working nearly as well as Morde for us.
So yeah, I guess Morde isn't a terrible tank as long as you don't have melee DPS.

In the homepage you see the "Korean international dating site" the Koreancupid.com or watever.
how come they had to use an ugly looking chick for that site? no brain -.-

you realize b12ad is my friends account, and he's pretty bad lolz.

I know that TF is a pretty bad mid, but what if both teams have a TF? Wouldn't the TF that went mid be able to shut down the sidelane TF really well, basically denying one team of a useful member?
