The M16 is taken straight from MOH and the only thing keeping the PPSh out of the most ridiculous OP weapon is the fact that they didnt give it the 71 round drum. :D

BFBC2 Vietnam: I expected better maps. M16 with accuracy bonus is so overpowered, it's retarded.. (really, PPSh doesn't even come close + unlimited ammo) Good thing they made the shotgun a tad stronger / more accurate though.

Prone in Vietnam was one of the things I was worried about. You get over it quick in BC2, but Vietnam is different. I hope to DL this over the weekend and play

Don't feel bad. Vietnam is a much more hardcore version of vanilla BC2, literally. The weapon damage is akin to that of Hardcore Mode in BC2 aside from Snipers. It's far easier to die in Vietnam.

I love bc2 and Vietnam is awesome also. Running medic with the xm22 ( think that's wht it's called) is great. You have your spray for cqb multiple targets and cN easily pick off targets cross
Map.
I just wish they made the heli a little less like glass. Its so fun to fly blasting music and raining down missiles. You can literally take down a half health heli with a pistol

( which is great when you're defending at least ^^

Nah man, I disagree about the chopper. It takes a beating when you have + armour and seeing as you can only shoot at it whilst it's got the rockets and two gunners it really is too good.
When I gun on it half the time I don't even realise I'm getting the kills I am, they just keep popping up.
I guess it may not be entirely the choppers fault because Phu Bai is a big, wide, flat map which when you're in the chopper you pretty much have something to shoot at constantly

Bought this game + vietnam recently. I just love sneaking around in the bushes with my m40

Feels so rewarding, sneaking behind enemy lines to a good hidden spot then helping your team by spotting all the incoming reinforcements or just sniping people from a flanking angle. The squad dynamic is nice too.

Bought the DLC for my PS3 and I'm loving it so far. I like it a little more than regular BC2 since Vietnam has more infantry combat. There is rush and squad deathmatch mode in BC2, but Vietnam really captures the chaotic battlefield that happened in real life. The maps in Vietnam are awesome and is accurate, even the Vietnamese language sounds legit unlike some games. The color saturation and visuals look stunning as always from DICE and has this old school feel to it. The weapons are alright, but the amount is kinda small. If snipers thought they were safe in BC2, then think again now that you're in the jungles of Vietnam.

Vietnam has auto aim for snipers, far easier to hit than in vanilla Bad Company 2. I smell console portage error.

(Head hitbox is like 3 times the size of the actual head)

There really isn't a reason to use accuracy over the 25% damage boost ever.

Assuming you hit 25% more shots with the accuracy vs. 25% more damage, they will come out to be the same DPS... but that isn't the case since your first few shots will always be almost completely accurate with or without the accuracy bonus (spread x0.75), if that makes sense.

Shooting (and hitting) while strafing..

Damage is never important if you can place your hits well while dodging enemy bullets, take that advise from someone who gets banned for "cheating" often..

As in every shooter: Never stop moving.

I'm considering buying this since it's like $6 on Steam right now. I heard it's like MW2, but you can destroy every single thing you can imagine in-game.
