Honestly, I don't know. That and Wind God Girl are the only 2 I know that were released on albums that weren't theirs. So Strawberry Crisis sounds like a re-release on their upcoming album.

Ex Spell is a album dealing with the remastering of select tracks from the first three Spells, with an all-new track added (Higan Retour ~ Riverside View). It's the eighth album xi-on has released, after Springhead and before Light of Nature.
Well, it seems that the event calendar on VGMDB says C81 will occur from December 28th to the 30th, but all the album release dates are from the 29th to the 31st. I'm inclined to believe that the first set of dates is EST or something, to faciliate the prospective Western consumers, while the actual event takes place in JST.
So, yes, the event takes place in Japan Standard Time.
