Then I just grinded it out in practice mode and got alot better. I still have to use bombs alot on certain parts but I can get through it much more reliably now. Let's think: Beginning (kedama coming rapidly from left and right): For the dense parts, I like to be moving from the top to the bottom of the screen during a first wave, and then back up and to the side for the second wave (the very last big wave of bullets in particular seems very hard alot of the time, but if you start bottom middle and curve up the left side I find it's easy to dodge). Next part, stay near the right edge and fairly high up to shoot the first enemy that comes in, dodge its shots by moving to the right, then curve down and to the left and back up to avoid the next flurries of bullets. This repeats. In the next part, single fairies will appear on the left and right and shoot straight lines of bullets at you, as well as secondary lines that gradually curve inwards. Just focus on gunning each fairy down before it becomes overwhelming. You need to have a sense of the timing for whatever character you're using, but all shot types are capable of keeping up up to a certain point, and by the time you can't kill the fairies before the next once spawns you should be close enough to the end of the sequence that you can survive. Next phase, more kedama coming in from the sides and shooting you when you kill them. The blue and red bullets are easy enough, basic streaming/herding should see you through. The circular clusters that then move towards you are more intimidating, but if you use a similar streaming tactic, but only move very slowly you'll be fine. The last waves, combining all three shot types, can be a pain, but, again, streaming is key, you just have to start right at one edge, and only move as far as you need to to dodge the widest wave of bullets. You'll end up right at the other edge of the screen and will have to dodge through the last slow-moving bullet scraps, but it's doable. Next you've got Lily, the miniboss. First she shoots four waves of bullets directly at you. I like to herd the first two waves close to the middle (so be in the centre for the first, and move slightly left for the second), then herd the third far off to the left, and then last just a little bit to the right of that, then move to the centre. This makes them easy to dodge, and will also help you line up with where she teleports to, you can actually keep doing damage. For the red/blue spam, you're just gonna have to dodge. ![]() The next part is probably the one part of the stage I actually haven't figured out yet. The red, blue, and circular waves I can handle, but the purple bullets always seem to coming in patterns I can't dodge. So uh, use a bomb. After that is a bit similar to an earlier part of the stage, where fairies spawn one by one and shoot bullets at you. They're actually easier than before because they're all near the middle and fire straight down. Just keep killing them. The wave ends with two of them coming either side and firing a curved wave of bullets down towards you. You're just gonna have to dodge that, if not use a bomb. This next part kicked my ass for ages, but once you learn to keep your head it's actually quite simple, you just need to concentrate. More fairies will spawn on the left and right, firing intimidating aimed clusters of fast bullets at you. If you're on higher difficulties there are slower bullets scattered around as well. However, all you really need to do is more streaming. I like to start at the left when the first fairy in a wave comes (since it appears on the left and I can sometimes kill it quickly before it shoots), and stutter my movement to the right to dodge each spurt of bullets, ending up at the right by the time four fairies have fired (since that's how many there are per wave). You have to get through four waves of this. The last enemy is a single fairy that spams the whole screen. However, you should only have to do any difficult dodging once or twice, because of the way her pattern works, and the fact that as long as you stay in the middle and shooting at her, she should die and all her bullets disappear before things get too hairy. It's still tricky, though, and I can't really give any more specific advice: you're just gonna have to be good at dodging or use a bomb. I've only really played PCB on hard difficulty, so your mileage may vary depending on what difficulty you're playing on. I hope this helps! If you need advice on the boss, that's a whole other post. ![]()

For the red, blue, and purple waves of bullets part, you can stagger your shooting so you can get somewhere you can safely dodge bullets before you kill the enemies.

Re: Prismriver Sisters, apparently it depends on what difficulty you're playing. On Hard, Lyrica (red/white) is the one I find easiest, and the wiki seems to agree. Lunasa's normal attacks are a pain in the ass, and her spell card seems completely impossible to me. Merlin's normal attacks are surviveable, and her spell card looks easy at first, but then suddenly turns into a clusterfuck that I can't dodge. However, Lyrica's normal attacks are manageable (just move very, very slowly), and her spell card is downright easy once you realise you just have to move forward aggressively to get through the waves safely. (all this applies only to their attacks after the first combined spellcard, of course) The wiki says Lunasa (black/white) is best if you're playing on Normal/Easy. Looking at videos of how her spellcard goes on those difficulties, that looks like a safe bet.
