She beat Revival, Inori, and Cyrano in IPL TAC 3 (which i did watch whenever possible, and when I couldn't, i read the TL writeups). Which is good, but not the caliber of the Koreans she will be playing. She's good, but I doubt she will beat a Korean at the Finals. The reason I spoke up was because him saying "She could already beat some Koreans at her first tournament" sounded overconfident. I'm just trying to curb expectations because it seems Scarlett fans more than anyone else have the highest expectations.[/QUOTE]
I would say the caliber she has been playing against is pretty damn high. That being said, I don't recall anyone here claiming she is going to outright beat a Korean in the finals. We just realize that it is very much so in her ability to do so. Something else you need to realize (but maybe you can't since you likely don't follow her as much as many of us hardcore fans do) is that her games are almost never close. While many of the top pros do have roflstomp games, almost ALL of her games seem to be that way. That's why a lot of us look forward to seeing her play at the finals among the best in the world.

I feel like this interview was missed by a lot of people.... so here ya go. :D
I actually really enjoyed this. She smiled and laughed a lot which is always cool to see since interviews can be tedious socially. Might have been a little jagged at points, but I thought the guy did a good job! It was good to see.
The quantic interview wasnt that bad. There was a couple awkward moments, but overall it was good. Scarlett handled it very well. I dont get the joke about the ketchup chips though....

It was a running gag between quantic players apparently, it comes up in every interview they did with quantic players in this event.

Her stock would take one hell of a wicked jump if this happened.

Ha! Scarlett is the only North American in the tournament! And doesn't it say that group A is just on August 27th? I don't see a date for Scarlett's group. Looks like she plays some unknown time in September to me. Someone could clarify if I'm wrong though.

Sorry yeah, I meant the tournament starts on August 27th, don't know anything else about that.
