This has nothing to do with balance. His APM is low and his macro isn't that good. I'm a huge MVP fan but if this is the real MVP I would not be surprised if he never wins a GSL again.. This is NOT Code S level play.

After seeing Mvp's lategame (like Mvp vs. XiGua @ WCG 2011 Game 2 and Mvp vs. NesTea @ BlizzCon 2011 Game 7/the final game), as well as Mvp's stream (I mean that one game where Mvp's coach was playing and then Mvp took over and turned a lost game into Mvp domination as usual), it's really really hard to call Mvp a low-APM progamer.

Mvp is known for microing 3-pronged drops + army movement, as well as crazy Nuke harass and one of the best Macro players around (very very few can rival him in Macro, out of all the Terrans, maybe only the BW switch-overs like Flash and Fantasy, as well as perhaps Bomber).

His Ghost snipes were high APM, and his Marine splits used to be amazing. In fact, I would say there was no real difference between Mvp's Marine splits and MarineKing's Marine splits - they were both jawdropping. His stutter step micro is beast, making his Bunker pressure really deadly. (If I faced Mvp on ladder as Zerg, I think I would lose to the first few Marines!) Also, this gets overlooked, but Tank positioning isn't that easy - constantly leapfrogging tanks also takes lots of APM.

It's only recently that Mvp has shifted away from APM intensive styles (pure Bio), but I don't see how Mvp can be considered a low APM player. Even now, Mvp has plenty of APM - that's probably why his health conditions get worse, his wrist and neck simply can't handle his awesome.
