Now its the time when we see if he has the motivation/passion to keep going or just retire. I hope he starts practicing like hell and without pressures. I dont know if this is the most likely thing, but i sure hope so

Nothing about this is irrational or hasty. This is the result of Idra's unfortunate mentality.

don't think this is bad for idra at all. since he seems to have saved up quite a bit of money he can easily go back to study OR join a team with players he actually respects (korean team?) to train with. both options seem much better than his recent situation.

Idra's talked about being warned by EG management about his behavior before on past ITGs and SotGs. Might have been around the time of the TaeJa showmatch, but I'm not sure. It also could have been when Orb was fired, addressing all of the "Why fire Orb and not Idra?" questions.

I feel bad for incontrol in sotg he just heard the news and took it very emotionally. I think this shows how there are many people who really care about idra and wish him the best. Although i have been very critical towards his games and attitude, he is still my favourite player and will always be. I hope these news wont totally crush him and he will continue playing, but now with less stress and pressures.

Eventho i was never a huge IdrA fan, i enjoyed watching him play.. ALOT back in 2010/2011, seeing him turn into this angry person has been hard on us all. He has been an icon for SC2... but i dont feel that the scene will be missing something.

There has to be more of an explanation! Man I hope they post more information. The guy just lost, he normally holds it together after this even though he gets extremely pissed but he f'd up with the comments but c'mon these are young human beings, they are players. I hope management at least talked to him. If he gave them the middle finger I understand but I hope they didn't rush to judgement.
