Thinking about it some more, I can only imagine what he got paid but I think EG finally felt he just didn't deserve his salary anymore if he wasn't going to show some effort. By the looks of it, he had such a carefree fuck this game attitude that what can you do as a manager that is paying this person more than some doctors that start off.
