When Chris Brown had that whole Rihanna beating fiasco, I would still listen to his music (or try to as it gradually spiraled downward). Robert Downey Jr. was a hardcore drug addict and is probably a bitch, but his acting is top notch and it keeps him in high regards. Tons of basketball players have scandals/problems (i.e. Kobe's "rape"). But then again, this may be just that I'm listing males and we have double standards for females. Honestly, this made me enjoy their music more in a weird way. While I never really liked Hwayoung and I did prefer 6-ara, I'm not a huge fan of how this was all handled. But man, I stepped into my car after reading this thread and blasted Lovey Dovey, it has never sounded so epic.

However I would not be surprised seeing every other put in some kind of bid for her. She is already trained and tested, and her reason for being excluded is alot less stigmatising than many other ways it could of happened. Don't forget all the bonus points they will get from a very vocal fanbase ![]()

Nothing else comes to mind except KARA almost disbanding.. Can't really remember when that was but I'd argue this is bigger. And I don't mean that music would suffer etc but in terms of fans going batshit.

yeah I was dead serious and yeah I'd say that there's nothing in recent memory, or even close to it, that can match the current T-ara situation as far as the shitstorm that is its consequences goes, and while I don't think this is the end, and I do think they can come back, they will almost assuredly never return to their former glory, they've dug themselves in a too deep of a hole
