- When posting large quantities of media (pictures or videos), please begin spoilering after the first piece. Grouping related videos in the same spoilers & labeling is recommended.
- No reposting of old material unless justified
- Posting any material with little or no relevent discussion accompanying it
- No passion-induced flaming of each other because 'x said y sucked' etc.
- Keep the expression hate of music individuals/groups to a minimal level

- Normal posting standards that you find throughout the rest of the site still apply and will be enforced more strictly from here forward (2012/03/11)
Due to the poor nature of this thread in the past, temporary two-day bans will occur more than often if people slip up. |
Wrote a few lines of java code. It would also be interesting how many pics/videos someone posted. I guess I am going to write a little stats tool for KMD. I have some spare time the next few weeks.

Can you really imagine Soyeon, after all her struggles just being outright mean to another member? I don't follow Soyeon enough to know myself, but I'm inclined to agree with the sentiment. There's plenty of times where you can tell someone is being, maybe not truly genuine, but at least acting like themselves rather than acting like the idol.
Of course, judging that is really up to each individual, and I'm sure bias makes us see it in some places where it's not happening, but that's fandom.

That's what I thought initially. But I remember my days when I lived in SK. Korean girls can take the term "personal" to another level, so I can see this happening. I hate giving my opinion because these silly dramas are pretty intriguing to just read about lol. Maybe that was a bit too honest, but I'd rather be a bystander than take sides. Their innocence is so damn deceiving..

Yea that's what I'm saying! Like after that many episodes of Taeyeon hosting her radio show, which was basically just her rambling on by herself, something genuine has got to shine through. Stuff like her disappointment/anger at MBC, that kind of stuff can't possibly be scripted. Your post was a bit extreme though. ^^
I could see Soyeon being outright mean because she's constantly overworked, probably super stressed out, didn't want a new member in T-ara, and like you said, after all her struggles, if she felt like someone was dragging down the group or hurting her chances, she could be very bitter.

I was rudely awoken to the fact that I was a bully during school after meeting one of my victims while high at a rave one night. We talked it through, I apologised and we are friends now, but it made me realise how fucked up it is that I made this kids, and apparently a large number of others, lives a misery.
It's not acceptable, and if I see it occurring now I will immediately take the victims side, whatever the consequences.
If Soyeon was not actually taking part, she is at least at fault for not stepping in and sticking up for her younger group member. I am disappointed in all of them. They aren't children.

It's cool to see them taking advantage of Reddit. Say what you will about the community (I have a few choice words myself), but it's a great news aggregation place and a good way to get information and feedback. We should get idols using it.

So how many of you will actually stop listening/following T-ara songs? I mean for me, personal life is a separate thing from what they produce. When Chris Brown had that whole Rihanna beating fiasco, I would still listen to his music (or try to as it gradually spiraled downward). Robert Downey Jr. was a hardcore drug addict and is probably a bitch, but his acting is top notch and it keeps him in high regards. Tons of basketball players have scandals/problems (i.e. Kobe's "rape"). But then again, this may be just that I'm listing males and we have double standards for females.

t-ara still music listen~

My interests in T-ara haven't changed.
