New 2NE1.....I don't know. I kind of like it because I dig their sound, but I don't think it's as good as their other singles.
I liked that Rainbow performance. I was a bit meh on the song from the video but for some reason the live performance made me like it more. Maybe the video is just so bad it detracts from the song.
Poor Daesung. Shitty situation to be in. It was just a total accident but he will have to live with it the rest of his life. I could see him getting a very minimal to no jail sentence and a massive fine. I do not think his career is over. I think people recognize that it was just a horrible accident and will be able to continue supporting him. Maybe I'm being too optimistic though lol.
Down on the 2ne1, the only song I liked from them was I don't care. To me they're the equivalent of the Black Eyed Peas, only all female and with even more annoying autotune/edited effects. Vocals are just really harsh/grating even though they all have talent as far as I can tell.
This is the youtube version of it I heard there's lots of Qri parts so that's pretty interesting Gotta see if this is going to be better than yayaya promotion So far it looks pretty meh
im not really sure about the twitters. Some people use their official twitter but some just use it for fans. If you actually stalker them like i do, lots of them tweet to the locked accounts instead of the main 1. So far im quite sure most of rainbow, t-ara and kara use their own account to chit chat :3

Qri parts couldn't be that bad...unless you mean Qri singing parts. Looks wise I think Qri is underrated because in a group with PJY/Eunjung/Hyomin you're bound to be overshadowed, but I wouldn't mind more Qris. The outfits look horrendous (at least Hyomin's shows her legs), but the song/dance don't seem that bad. Hopefully they don't use the same clothes for live performances, couldn't ever get used to those.

I would tweet to my locked accounts as well knowing how anal kpop fans are. Wouldn't be surprised if all of them are just for PR, even t-ara/rainbow/KARA, they probably text the people they actually want to talk to. It's how a lot of people I know use twitter as well anyway (addressing masses of people rather than specific people)
edit- also I have no idea why groups consistently feature choruses where they can't pronounce the words (Roly Poly rofl)

Yeah her hair is fucked up; at least they didn't dramatically cut it (or if they have she's been using hella extensions in all of her public appearances)

I use this one site called melon.com to catch up on what's hot and what's new. But lately the majority of the songs I see are these really slow ones that are incredibly depressing at times.
Don't get me wrong, they're wonderful songs and I enjoy listening to them.
But honestly for me, I'm a Big Bang, Super Junior, Shinee, SNSD, etc etc. kind of guy. I like music that makes me feel energized and pumped. Everytime I hear Big Bang's "Tonight," or "Hands Up High", I feel adrenalized instantly.

it was Soyeon that was supposed to be in SNSD and yeah her and Qri always overshadowed by the 3 headed monster that is Eunjung/Hyomin/Jiyeon with Boram and the new girl being the trolls.
hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. I waited all night for this teaser and I just can't stop thinking now. I'm still going to save my comments about the music until after I hear the full album but... Of course the outfits in the video (at least the disco themed parts that we have seen) are going to be stupid looking, they didn't put a modern spin on the era (in terms of clothes).. they just straight up wore the clothes. I do think that the stage outfits are going to be REALLY different though and probably more modern (sexier). I guess we will find out on the 29th. Until then... just hope the album is leaked.
