And Shinkai is Shinkai. Probably will be fine. Maybe. I do recall a particular scene in the 2nd Kizu movie where a girl gives Araragi her panties and the crowd I was sitting in erupted in cheers. It was that moment when I realized what was wrong with anime. edit: Also, if I remember Saekano correctly, it was really awful. I hate when an anime prides itself on really stupid low-hanging meta/self-referential garbage. "Oh hey, I'm so refreshing b/c I'm critiqing industry/archetypal norms." bleh~ So I'm just going to agree with whoever thinks the bland girl is a sack of shit, because they're probably right. | ||

I personally thought the 3rd one came to it's conclusion a bit too abrupt and that they should have left some more time for it to play out in front of his eyes but you can't have everything~ | ||
