Maybe enough for 2-3 ep covering the introduction of a character they cut, but some of the interactions afterwards involving that character got replaced with something else. It's a really short manga ~10-12 pages that publishes every month... so  . Nothing to justify a second season, at least not for a few years. | ||

I felt that Kyoani did a really good job adding things for the main family (Kobayashi/Kanna/Tooru) at the cost of screwing over the supporting cast. Saikawa, Lucoa and Elma + Show Spoiler [manga] + and Iruru lol Kobayashi was essentially doing her job + Elma's job while she was still learning how to use a keyboard/making tea lol. For the last episode specifically, I felt the scene where Tooru's dad was about to attack Kobayashi to be stopped by Tooru was done way better in the manga. In the anime, he's about to launch some spell and Tooru just puts a defensive spell out and in like a split second, which then leads to their battle =\, compared to the manga where he was (in the hallway with them, not floating in the air) and about to physically attack Kobayashi with his hand before Tooru grabs it and gives him this defiant look. Then he admits he was intimidating by her and leaves. Like wtf? Maybe it's because I can read the manga at my own pace, but that was way more impactful than some pre-magic spell bs. Overall loved the series as a whole. All the slice of life and family parts were just so comforting to watch. Super cute moments while still inserting some thoughts on society as well, backed with Kyoani animation! AOTY! :D seeing this was nice too! There's no more new translated chapters T.T lol well, what can I say? + Show Spoiler + I figured things out from the preview I guess. Also, I wanted to see another dragon vs dragon fight. Those are really great and the small bit of fighting that Tohru and Kanna did was fantastic to watch. I was hoping for a longer battle tbh but I can't complain. I thought that overall, this last episode was pretty good. As you mentioned, they touched on a lot of small stuff and I prefer it this way. All in all, I loved this series quite a bit. Not sure if I can say AOTS because I also laughed quite a bit at Konosuba. Final thoughts: 10/10, A++++++++ would recommend  | ||

Iruru tempting Kanna to destroy Kobayashi's company office so that way Kobayashi wouldn't have to work and could attend Parent's Day at Kanna's school. Which got completely rewritten to that Sports Day ep for the better. That and Iruru giving Kobayashi a penis thinking she'd then want to rape Tooru... leading to Tooru trying to drug and rape Kobayashi lol. | ||

Saekano Flat is not kidding around with the name of this first episode: “Fan Service of Love and Pure Heart.” Okay, maybe not the “pure heart” bit, but they mean it about the fanservice – if you're looking for an episode that shows the girls’ breasts, thighs, and stomachs more than their faces, this is the episode for you. [...]but if fanservice of bikini babes isn't your thing, it isn't worth the meta jokes to sit through this. more like, who ISN'T into that, right? :3 Emnjay this sounds like best episode of the season, let's watch it together when you have time!
