Lots of fighting! But things are looking grim right now. Gods joining the dungeon should be fun, though I have no clue what to expect. Aaand of course Shokugeki no Soma was awesome! Enjoyed it like every week, always makes me smile a lot. | ||

And I usually like comedy anime the most, so light hearted romcom/harem isn't that far off. Depends for me. If it's really just straight up harem (say DxD, Absolute Duo, Grisaia no Kajitsu, Trinity Seven to name a couple I didn't like recently) and nothing else I usually don't like it. All stuff I dropped instantly, finished because I watched it together with Emnjay (trinity seven) or because it has Koneko (DxD). It has to be funny some way, be trashy enough for me to be enjoyable, or be from shaft so that it's enjoyable for me. | ||

+ Show Spoiler + Was another pretty entertaining episode. Giving a lot of screentime to Haru which makes sense since she is new. She would drive me insane if I knew her. I don't expect the show to have a final resolution anytime soon. A lot of episodes are stand alone stories. Not surprising for a harem anime though. Oregairu + Show Spoiler + I find it hard to believe they could get kids to learn a play in just a few days. Iroha is finally starting to be true to her feelings toward Hikigaya. Looks like Yukinon will finally have more relevance this season. I think the next couple of episodes will be devoted to her. Danmachi + Show Spoiler + Another action episode. Nothing particularly special about the episode. Convenient for Bell to have the be OP whenever I need it skill now. Considering they are going down to the boss floor it looks like they are leading up to another boss fight soon against Goliath on floor 17. I expect another strong Harem episode after they fight Goliath if it ends up happening. Seems like this week wasn't particularly exciting but guess they are all setting up for the season finales. | ||

The vast majority of the ones you mentioned are just shells of what they are though kek. DxD is overall a pretty meh adaptation and Grisaia's was a trainwreck. Absolute Duo I haven't read the source material but the anime sure didn't make it look good at a fundamental level. Trinity Seven was done pretty well and it was an enjoyable series (manga is good too if they would ever bloody update it). Just about me not liking those kind of shows/series in 99% of the cases. Absolute duo was the worst followed up by Trinity seven for me, which you said was a fine adaptation so really it's not about that but just about it not being my thing  To Love Ru would be god awful without Momo for me as well. Actually there's more than Momo to it, but it's girls being good rather than the actual thing. | ||

Though I did play quite a bit of the Starcraft 2 Mod adaptation of Mafia with the account Imperfect in the past. I don't know anyone on the irc either. | ||
