The funny thing is if there's Despera on a chart it's pretty much an instant giveaway that you're looking at a troll chart.

Skypeia of OP is insanely good. Not sure why people didnt like it, ya the pacing is abit slow but i enjoy it so much and it was definitely worth it for that ending. Wait i only read manga (and watch the 10th movie).

I'm not saying its bad. I don't think there is a single bad arc in One Piece. I'm just saying that Skypeia wasn't One Piece at its best, like Water 7 or Marineford or something.
