this was a great episode, the first episode in a while that actually kept me gripped. hooolly shit that fight between kogami and makishima was awesome, and dat plot twist at the end, what happened to her face?"
Bah, killing of Kagari because he's awesome, then again obvious death flags. Biggest complaint about it is that we should've gotten some more time/screentime to get attached to him for real. As for what they saw/what the siby system is.. if it's a ripoff of minority report I'll be disappointed.
: either the chief is the system herself or she is a servant of the system. What I don't understand is how she got all mangled. From the looks of it, she was attacked physically and brutally. My personal hypothesis is that chief herself knew ahead of everyone else that Nona tower was going to be attacked and went down to the basement to protect the system herself. When Choe and his gang showed up, they took down the old lady too quickly for her dominator to respond but forgot that she isn't actually a human being by this point. Perhaps this is the "final door" that Choe was referring to? Or did Chief encounter something else along the way to the sybil system's core?
Either way, this week's episode was amazingly good. Still a good amount of episodes to go so I'm excited to see where this leads.
Also, just realized that they updated the chart on the OP. ahha. was beginning to wonder if that was ever going to change.
Did you not watch the episode?? Right before she killed that hacker guy, he fired some shot of like acid or something at her that was supposed to kill and melt her, except for the fact that she was a robot!
Not too surprising that the last boss was the Sibyl System itself, it was pretty much a given right at the beginning of the series. That, and the Chief was really shady by the end of the last episode. Was surprised how she was really a robot though.
Best character dying rip in pieces Also I'm pretty sure Shogo knew he was going to get captured (he had nowhere to go from the top) and it's all according to keikaku. The only thing he failed at was killing kogami. Well animated fight, too. Kagari ;_;
Well, shit finally got real. MISTAH PLEIADES hopefully and probably survived, but still. damn. It's pretty much like Chaos;Head with a message (only this time it's kagome kagome) that ends in a beep, this time it's not controlling their brain but just their electronics.
Oh, so the dominator did not stop the shot from the Choe going through? I thought she was able to block the shot by shooting straight through it using the dominator.
EDIT: So I rewatched the scene. yup, i guess I missed it the first time around. She did get hit by the acid. haha.

My theory: society is being controlled entirely by robots at the top levels and all the "humans" are really just androids programmed with human memories. Makishima is actually human though, which is why the psycho-pass system doesn't work on him.
Mondaiji finally done with vol 1 of the novel. Overall good job covering. While some details and a couple foreshadowing are leftover, most of the stuff are kept.
Staying at friend's for Chinese New Year, blocked in by Blizzard and drinking home brew mead

Izayoi-san so OP, reminds me of Sin from Magi.
Yeah he is pretty OP, but he also rarely see any action. He usually let his harem do all the dirty work for him.
Replace Soylent Green with the Sibyl system, and you've got my prediction. Heck, throw in a robot overlord or two and this'll be a true second rate sci-fi show!

What happens when you make an OP character; you can't use them lol.
If he's really human. The one vampire just shrugged when the other girl asked, so maybe that's some foreshadowing he's not. Or I'm over thinking things.
