If you want to get the most enjoyment, is it a good idea to get Sachi End, then Touka End, then Natsumi End, then Ririko?
Or is it best just to play through all of it with the intent of getting the Ririko End since I heard that ending is the best as expected out of AkabeiSoft? With Sharin, just pick whichever girl you like the most. The game is virtually the same regardless of which route you pick. The only differences is who you get porn of, and what the epilogue at the end will be.

Is there any way to fix it so I am guaranteed to get Ririko epilogue?

I watched Shikabane Hime anime around when it aired. It's been a while so I forget exactly what happens but I thought it was decent so maybe I'll check the manga. Though I'm not sure how 12 Kingdoms and Shikabane Hime are related in anyway except the female lead. They're related in that they don't actually end. The 12 Kingdoms LN never ended, the novels just stopped in the middle of the story and she hasn't written anything except for a 20 page short story in 12 years. The 2nd season of Shikabane literally just ended without conclusion, as if there were 2 episodes they just decided not to air. Banner/Crest LNs and the Nana manga are the same way, nothing new in years. It's not like these LNs/Manga weren't popular, Authors are either lazy (banner/crest/Ono) or sick (nana). I have no idea what happened with Shikabane though I heard it was budgeting problems. Which is weird because it sold well. Oh. Why would you take my rant about 12 Kingdoms and recommend something else based on the worse aspect of it? It's like if you love Berserk you'll also love Hunter X Hunter for the long hiatus.

I dunno how the progression actually works in the game/what locks you on a route, but as long as you don't get porn for any girl other than Ririko (and the choices are fairly obvious IIRC), you should be fine. If you have, you can always just restart and ctrl back to where you currently are. Honestly the epilogues of all the characters are meh, and the good parts of the story happen regardless of who you pick.

Well I'm almost done with Sailor Moon SuperS (Season 4 of Sailor Moon, and I'm just watching the dub version) and it's starting to get good... after all the filler. I read that it's the most disliked season of all Sailor Moon mainly because + Show Spoiler + all the cool characters introduced last season do not appear at all, unless you count the short special with Haruka and Michiru which only lasts 13~ minutes. I am bummed out the most by the lack of Hotaru, the goldfish loving girl. Major spoilers about Hotaru in Sailor Moon S: + Show Spoiler + She was Sailor Saturn and she turned into a baby at the end of Sailor Moon S >.<. I remember in the episode preview where Sailor Saturn appearing (all badass and with Serena/Usagi talking about the choices Hotaru/Sailor Saturn have to make, and it made things even more exciting because you're like, what's going to happen in the episode!!111????), I was really hyped up for it! Of course, the sad part came after I found out it was just for that episode ! She better appear in Stars >.>. Maybe DBZ Future Trunks meets Baby Trunks style or something (considering that they did change her into a baby at the end of S)? I didn't read any major spoilers in advance, so it means you get to read about me speculating. I did read that Sailor Saturn does appear in a few episodes in Stars but is it Hotaru as Saturn? Yep, enjoy the speculation (again, I have avoided most spoilers so far and I'm really late to the party). I am actually sad that Stars didn't get dubbed (assuming Hotaru does appear as not just a baby). IMO, Jennifer Gould (VA for Hotaru) did a good job and I'm going to miss her. It was that goldfish scene, it was too touching >.>.
Besides that problem for SuperS (fourth season of Sailor Moon), the fact that the first half is mostly 100% filler probably doesn't help either. In the first half, most of the episodes was MotD and focused mostly on "one time, never to return again, character of the day" characters. There was almost little to no character interaction (between the gang) or development or anything (besides with said one time characters).
After the halfway point, character of the day episodes do appear but it's not 100% filler anymore (there's actual new character development or some sub plot or something new that involves the main plot in the episode, unlike the first half). (Though, I have only watched 10 episodes after the halfway point so far. There might still be a few 100% filler slipped in somewhere before the end of SuperS.)
Also another complaint of SuperS (related to the dub only) is some of the slang is out of place (it comes out of no where on characters that have not said it before, almost ever). There is an episode where most of the characters in one scene, start throwing out a ton of slang out of no where. + Show Spoiler +For example, Rini/Chibi-Usa says "you must be trippin" >.>. I mean the way the characters say it (and how it came out of no where), it really is awkward and out of place. There was almost none of that in the previous seasons (Sailor Moon S included, which was dubbed by Cloverway too). So it's out of place and really awkward (fortunately, it's really rare). (Also there are slang in Sailor Moon dub in general, like when Luna said they wasted an enemy instead of defeating an enemy [in Season 1], but it's not as awkward or "out of place and out of no where" like the above example which really felt completely out of character.)
Anyway, there are 200 episodes of Sailor Moon and I'm almost done! I can't wait to get into Stars (subbed though, since no English version).
I actually really like Linda Ballantyne as Serena/Usagi (despite most preferring Tracey Moore or Terri Hawkes over her). She has grown on me really well. Plus in SuperS, Serena/Usagi has a lot of "complaining at people" scenes and Serena/Usagi is really crazy in SuperS (the episode where she dresses up as a ninja and spies on Rei for example). Personally, I found that Linda Ballantyne did a good job at making all Usagi's complaining and craziness really fun and enjoyable to hear. (So overall, I like all 3 dub VAs for Serena/Usagi. I prefer Tracey Moore, the first VA, the most though.)
As for watching the dub over original Japanese (subbed)? I think the only series I "really" preferred the original over the dub, is Nanoha (the dub wasn't bad at all, well besides the inconsistent names used at times [which is not the fault of the VAs but VA director] - most people, at least on animesuki, liked it when it first came out). In Lucky Stars, I prefer the Japanese (and watched it first) but the English is really good too (enough to make me want to rewatch it again, dubbed).
I'm going to miss the dub when going into Stars. (Also, I did look up things changed in the dub, including major character changes.)
Like people cheering on foreigners/non-Koreans in StarCraft, I sort of the do same with English dubs (if they can pull it off or if they're close and can be enjoyed, it feels really nice... it's like watching a non-Korean (if you're a fan of foreigners) succeed in SC I guess... well that's my comparison/analogy >.>).

I did like the concept of the world even if it was a bit too fantastical at times. The premise of show is that the world is divided into 12 kingdoms with a ruler chosen by a servant of the Heavens a Kirin, a mythical beast who can turn into a human and also control a small amount Youma. As long as that ruler lives Youma will not be a problem, the land will not face natural disasters and the land will be fertile. The King/Queen themselves becomes immortal unable to die from aging and are aided in their rule by the Kirin as well as other people who they can make immortal too who can serve as councils as administrators. The kingdom can fail if the ruler or their Kirin dies however there is no war between nations as it is not allowed by the Heavens, but civil war and Coup d'état are still a problem. The kingdom can also fail by poor rule as the land will start to become unhealthy and it becomes really bad they will be punished by Heaven. However the series shows how their can still be problems in this paradise as the Heavens do not punish people until the land goes really bad (it's never shown in the anime) so for example when one King starts executing people who break any law no matter how small the people revolt and kill him instead of waiting for Heaven.
Anyways the series focuses on Youko a timid schoolgirl in Japan who is brought into the world of 12 Kingdoms by the Kirin who picks her to replace a ruler who has died. Unfortunately it's not a smooth transition as the Kirin is followed by Youma who want to stop him and two of Youka's school friends get dragged into 12 Kingdoms too and separated from the Kirin. During Youko's journey she must survive a foreign and hostile world as people from Earth are considered demons, struggle with the relationship with her friend and battle a literal inner demon who knows her darkest thoughts. For this reason I considered dropping the anime as it was very depressing until she does defeat her inner demon and achieve some character growth. It doesn't stop with the character trials there, but at least there was an upside which is rather interesting to follow as she struggles whether she should lead a Kingdom, becoming Queen then successfully ruling her Kingdom.
If it were just Youko's story it would be a nice little anime the problem it spends a lot of time on other story lines that are never as well done. The source material for 12 Kingdoms is Light Novel that focuses on a character for each book, but the anime filters all information through Youko who is the main character for the anime. The Taiki arc for example is blatantly ignored after a point even though they spend a long time introducing it, but at the very least they did a decent job with King of En. Though reading about 12 Kingdoms it was supposed to be a 68 episode series but was cancelled at 45 and the most likely speculated ideas are creator poor health or the show losing its audience by having story arcs without Youko. I don't think Ono is coming back to 12 kingdoms. She wrote one short story 4 years ago, and since then has been doing a bunch of little horror short stories. I wouldn't want to complete the series that stressed me out so much because my fans were so crazy that I had a stroke either. I still mad though. If you'd like another series that literally never ended I recommend Shikabane Hime.

With better animation quality all the time, it's becoming more and more difficult for vocal and lip to sync.

I actually must admit I like the sound of the japanese language and that's why I prefer a subbed over a dubbed anime. Only reason there is... :D

Well, anime dub is better than a lot of Japanese dubbed movies, that's for sure.
Some of the older ones have dialogues that's completely made up and have nothing to do with the original.

I feel the same way. But I have seen the dubbed versions of Princess Mononoke and Steamboy and I thought both were excellent, so it's not all garbage IMO.

Nise, then Neko black.
Nise is the weakest out of the three, but Neko black was great, imo.
Reading Chaos;Head, I like the delusions, I almost always go for red/negative ones, lol.

I don't consider SuperS the worst season (I dislike SailorStars more, for what it did to the source material), but you're pretty much spot on in the reasons most fans don't like it. In fact, TV ratings for the series in Japan went down after hitting a high with S because of characters not appearing, and they never really recovered.
Take a look at the manga afterwards, the Dream arc (SuperS) and the SailorStars arc are where it differs most from the anime.

Whenever I look at people animating people's mouths in anime it's always just their mouths moving up and down, and rarely do they look like their actually following the words that are coming out the person's mouth.
