You didnt care about Lancelot. O noes. What do we do ?

Talking about how Blast posts dumb shit every other opportunity is pretty dumb to. I think everyone knows what he does without it getting repeated unprovoked. But whatever floats peoples boats I suppose and broadens epeens.
Too many quotations are confusing. I know that GC and CG are greatly ridiculed. Internet sarcasm doesn't work well it seems. The ridiculous amount of hyperbole in my post should have indicated my sarcasm. I was comparing the interest in FZ to the disdain expressed for GC and CG..... btw CG has won a ridiculous number of awards.
I put popular in parentheses because that's what manga volume sales and weekly rankings indicate. I meant to say that my tastes are apparently too generic. And I was ridiculing ZoW, and you seemed to tag along so I quoted your post.
And I'm not over-exaggerating. Of the topics discussed within the last 100 pages, F/Z and the whole series are the most greatly discussed. There's even several pages worth of comparing some A+/B+/D- thing which I absolutely do not understand.

Apparently everybody in this thread except me and you have played the visual novel (or whatever media they came out in). Seeing an anime adaption obviously makes you much more excited about it. I agree partially with you that F/Z isn't the epic anime that people here are making it out to be, but it's no slouch either. The plot is pretty bland, at least the fight scenes are not bad. I don't understand the Rider and Saber fanboyism. It's better than most of the other animes that came out this season though.
You are exaggerating how epic people are making this anime out to be.

I also forgot that my whole point was to tell you that you were over exaggerating. You missed that too, but I guess that's not as important as coming up with a sarcastic quip directed towards me when I never even talked about the quality of the anime.
But ok.

Today was pretty hot out so I was at the Supermarket and I saw the Japanese Melon Soda (the one that you see in Akikan!) I was disappointed to see that it came in a aluminum can instead of a steel can though

Thanks, Sentenal, that means a lot. Would you still have an urge to eliminate me in every BW game ever if I was tall like you?
Anyway, I just finished Zeta! Wow that was good. A few pacing issues here and there and didn't like some characters but overall really good. Personally, I wouldn't call it a masterpiece but only real series I consider a masterpiece is LoGH. Detailed thoughts with spoilers + Show Spoiler [Zeta] +
First, I really liked the beginning. Although Kamille starts off as some angsty teenager, I liked the fact that he actually steals a gundam and goes off and joins an opposing faction for his own selfish reasons. Even if it is a result of random teenager acting on impulsive thoughts, I liked the idea behind it. He's not already a pilot and there's no "oops I just happened to be here when we get attacked and no one else is around, guess I'll just hop into this mobile suit and see what happens!" Nope, he actually purposely sneaks into the facility and steals it.
The idea of Cyber-Newtypes was pretty cool. I like that they didn't just create OP soldiers but went with emotionally and psychologically unstable people instead. As annoying as they were at times, they were portrayed well. It made the Titans seem like even bigger assholes for messing with people's minds and threatening them in some cases (i.e. Four's memory). The way Kamille is instinctively drawn to them which causes others and the viewers to worry about another Amuro-Lalah tragedy is interesting too. It seemed liked they focused a lot on cyber-newtypes in favor of overall plot/politics, and I would've preferred a more equal balance. However, all the cyber newtype problems did serve to develop Kamille's character quite nicely. The whole NT magic stuff, especially at the end, I just accepted as NT magic so that was entertaining. Magical barrier lol. too good.
Characters I didn't like: personally, I really hated Jerid. I liked that he acted as Kamille's rival but his logic/personality pisses me off. First, he blames Kamille every time someone close to him gets killed, which is sort of reasonable. But this is war and it's not like they were killed in some sneaky, cowardly manner. They died in the heat of battle so blaming Kamille as if he's some cruel murderer really annoyed me, but I can understand that much. But he also killed Kamille's mom and he was like "oh lol sorry too bad for you." wtf? Doesn't feel anything about killing innocents but gets mad when soldiers die in battle? Then he kills Apolly and just goes "it's war get over yourself" YOU GET OVER YOURSELF. I'll admit though, being Jerid is suffering. He went through a lot of crap...but I still hate him.
Other 2 characters that I didn't like: Katz and Reccoa. Reccoa's betrayal was interesting at first but her reasoning is dumb which made me dislike her, but she's a woman and probably doesn't even know how to make sandwiches so I'll let that go. Katz I had hopes for but he failed me and ended up dying in a pathetic manner. I swear 4/5 of the time he pilots something, it's against orders and he never learns. People keep going "you're going to get yourself killed" and he doesn't listen and then he dies! Even Fa, who was dumb too, matured by the end.
I think the biggest pacing issue was somewhere between halfway and the end. Just remember being bored with it and then it got better again last ~10 eps. But although at times I felt nothing important was happening, looking back, it was done really well. The major battles were all spread out and semi-major characters did die here and there (although usually Titans). One other thing I didn't like was the romance was poorly done but this is obviously a personal issue and isn't really a valid complaint. Oh also, not enough Scirocco development. Such an interesting/mysterious character but, at least in Zeta, we never really find out much about him.
Also, wtf kids? They're so random. I don't care whether they are there or not but where in the world did they come from? Who's kids are they? Char just brings them to space to have fun? Did I miss something? o.o

Hey, does anyone know where I can found the full OST of Code Geass and R2? Everytime I look for it all I can find are solo albums with only a few songs of the OST.

Lol, honestly this was one of the parts I didn't like. I know Kamille is an autistic kid, but that whole train of events turned me off. But afterwards I thought it got alot better.

Now when I call Zeta Gundam a Super Robot show, you can understand the joke!

lol Jerid. He served his purpose, but I didn't like him either. Was amusing at how every woman he ever touched got killed by Kamille.
Other 2 characters that I didn't like: Katz and Reccoa. Reccoa's betrayal was interesting at first but her reasoning is dumb which made me dislike her, but she's a woman and probably doesn't even know how to make sandwiches so I'll let that go. Its pretty much universal that everyone hates those two characters. I'm glad they died, fuck them.

Scirocco is the Mysterious Man from Jupiter, who is also a pimp. In Gundam Dynasty Warriors 3, Scirocco makes it his mission to go around and recruit his own personal harem from all the different Gundam shows, even attempted Haman! That game and its cross-overs, lol.
What did you think of the "Tomino Kill'em All" Ending?
The last time I watched Zeta, I felt its strength was its pacing. Stuff was always moving along, even when it doesn't seem like something major is happening, you can still tell its moving. And then pretty much every episode has a battle or something, and battles in Zeta are really entertaining. And then later on you get to the part where Axis shows up, and Yazan gets introduced, and it gets even better.

Whenever a new episode is release, you will see people gushing over Rider or even Kiritsugu's back story. Basically, they'll find something epic about it. In the last few pages, there was this weird discussion over Lancelot... which I didn't really care about... Then, I like how you compare F/Z to the likes of GC and CG (without calling them popular) and imply that I liked them. It's like taking strawmanning to the next level, but not really.
And then I like how you call them exquisite as if you and I are one of the few people ever to hear about those three anime and know what the acronyms stand for.
And then you call your post sarcasm to cover your poorly made tracks.
I also forgot that my whole point was to tell you that you were over exaggerating. You missed that too, but I guess that's not as important as coming up with a sarcastic quip directed towards me when I never even talked about the quality of the anime.
But ok.
>strawman I love you, ZNF. I also love you too, KazeHydra, even though I do have the urge to eliminate you in any game of BW ever.
Did I miss something? o.o
The kids were some dead general of the AEUG's and he was asked to take care of them iirc. That or Char was just showing his paedophile self more and more. Didn't make them any less annoying though.

"I'm unimpressed by F/Z, I'm gonna go back to watching Naruto now"
Holy shit, I need to take notes, 10/10! lol
I once read someone say F/Z is a good substitute for real shounen like Bleach. 11/10.

You are quite the funny one.

Whenever a new episode is release, you will see people gushing over Rider or even Kiritsugu's back story. Basically, they'll find something epic about it. In the last few pages, there was this weird discussion over Lancelot... which I didn't really care about... Then several times, there was this weird discussion about some game (I think?) dicussing rolling characters with all these weird stats...
Basically, the 3 most common topics in the ADT is F/Z, VNs or going off topic.
Except they don't, which is what I meant by exaggerating.

they obviously don't watch anime intellectually enough to appreciate good shows
That's my evaluation too.
