Z Film doing pretty good apparently, not sure if the article is phrasing it wrong but from what I understood THe movie was the 2nd most succesful movie in 2012 in japan, incuding "normal" non animated movies? If that's true I severely underestimated how big Manga/Anime/One Piece really are in Japan. | ||

Well it isn't surprising and it was old news. One Piece volume sales of all time is already more then 280 millions and it is soon reaching 300 millions. It is the best selling manga of all-time. Not even Naruto,Bleach,Fairy Tail volume sales of all-time combined is closed to One Piece sales. Only Dragon Ball sales is close to One Piece and considering Dragon Ball has already ended 18 years ago. DB is still selling super well. Dragon Ball is the second best selling manga of all-time btw. One Piece 2012 sales 1st :23,464,866 Kuroko no Basket sales 2nd :8,070,446 Naruto 2012 sales 3rd :6,495,240 Fairy Tail 2012 sales 5rd:4,128,665 Bleach 2012 sales 12rd:2,974,750 One Piece 2012 sales is nearly 3X the sales of 2nd. Though there are still many people who think Naruto/Bleach is more popular but they are just wrong. | ||

Although I still don't get how Kinemon could be the mysterious samurai murderer from the phone call and so quickly be defeated by Law presumably then scattered into three different areas. Law randomly throws the lower half and torso Team Rocket style, chops up the head and puts it into a cell. The time difference between the call and Luffy's group meeting the Dragon could not be that long. Unless there is another mystery samurai, but it's really late in this arc for a new character. | ||
