I can already see the climax of this chapter, probably some really random things along the way but still... brook still has to breath... he was knocked out by the sleeping gas jsut wasnt kidnapped with the rest

Luffy is still gonna kick Ceaser's butt. He may be able to prevent luffy from having oxygen but all he has to is land enough hard hits and it Ceaser will lose control over it and Luffy will be fine.

also he could fire his head off or open his mout up too large
Caesor isnt omnipotent, he cant create a giant island wide vacuum

I can already see the climax of this chapter, probably some really random things along the way but still... brook still has to breath... he was knocked out by the sleeping gas jsut wasnt kidnapped with the rest Brook might not have to breathe. There's always the possibility that Brook saw everyone else going to sleep and decided to sleep too.... it's a One Piece thing. Brook does seem like a very natural counter to Ceasar. Doesn't he have a new frozen sword ability? Seems like he could freeze the gas-man and then cut him while being immune to all gas attacks.
Still, if we've learned anything from the history of One Piece, it's that Luffy will always fight the biggest bad guy. Luffy should be able to pound Ceasar, jump out to distance for another breath and then go at it again. Or he could go balloon style and store a lot of air for himself. So unless someone bigger shows up, I think Ceasar will be Luffy's. However, it is possible that Vergo will be the bigger baddie or that Doflamingo will show up to steal CC's blob WMD.

I'm pretty sure it'll be a Joker vs Luffy end fight scene - or if anything else, Luffy will sit this one out (due to various reasons) and this will lead to the next arc, just like Baroque's was a lead-up to the Alabasta arc.

caesar doesnt look like the biggest bad guy tho...

It's more of a One Piece thing that Brook functions in the same way as a human even though he has no biological reason to rather than he pretends to be human. He eats, sleeps, poops, burps, etc because he has those impulses. It reallly wouldn't make sense for Brook to have pretended to be hit by the sleeping gas especially in the short time span. If Brook does fight Caesar maybe he can surpress his impluses that make him human like and hence his need to breath, but Brook and willpower lol.

Well except he has no lungs, stomach, eyes, etc. He was on a ship for decades alone and did not starve so I'm guessing he does not actually need to eat. Even if he did eventually get some food by raiding Thriller Bark he was still alone for quite some time and when he was still a soul searching for his body. Maybe if he had found his body immediately he would have retained his skin, eyes, stomach, etc but since he took so long they rotted away. Though I'm not sure if he would have needed to eat to survive if he had a stomach... Either way he does not seem to need to eat now even though he does.

also he could fish and there are other ships he might have gotten the chance to raid

Chopperman to the rescue.

On Brook's character. I would say his is an "up-yours" to existence or what is considered life.
I wouldn't really believe he needs to breathe to survive other than his "calcium" joke for his bones to retain their strength (which may be the only thing he really would need).
He basically has no internal organs that would need sustenance from air to begin with so he may be what is needed to defeat the gas-gas fruit. Or maybe it has something to do with his ghost/spirit mode. Maybe he really didn't faint but rather go into spirit mode and his body became limp. Why he did it? I don't know, but maybe to find a way out for the rest of the gang or how to defeat the enemy in front of them without endangering the rest.
In spirit mode he is really dead and in spirit form. So it would really show he doesn't need to breathe to survive.
That's my take on what Brook is and what he can do based on his power.

I really want law to stick around... he is such a cool character, a bit imba though ;P... And Oda makes him stand in that grey sound between good and bad which is awesome.

And Oda makes him stand in that grey sound between good and bad which is awesome. Yeah, Law is one of the coolest characters. I think he's got to stick around for quite awhile now. It's very possible that he'll stick with the Straw Hat Pirates all the way until they fight either Kaido or Big Mam and rescue Law's crew or get revenge for his crew. No guarantee that's what happened, but Law's crew has been missing and it seems like Law has been on a mission (became a Shichibukai, teamed with CC) for something. He's now made a deal with Luffy to go after one of the 4 warlords (won't be Shanks and Blackbeard is too much of an end-boss to go after now). So it seems like one of the other two warlords has done something to his crew.
If so, we could see Law stick around for multiple arcs like a Vivi (Grand Line Start->Little Garden->Drum Kingdom->Arabasta). However, I don't think he'll ever actually join the Straw Hats. Looks like his Heart Pirates are being set up to become an allied pirate crew like Whitebeard had (along with the Kuja and Fishmen and possibly a few other crews from Luffy's past... and future ::waves to Marco:: ). So even after Law leaves, I think he'll be back for the end-battles. It's also possible that he and Luffy will split for a short time after the Punk Hazard, but will meet up again soon as Luffy and Big Mam (or Kaido) go on a collision course.

Maybe they believed the trolling here about no chapter this week and didnt even check...
This chapter was only meh I think. First time since ages that I have something to criticize. Why would Law give his heart to someone like Ceasar? That seems stupid beyond belief to me, especially for someone who is smart enough to be a doctor.
What I liked was how the kid realized that the candy is bad for her and that the straw hats only had her best in mind. The cookies conversation was also hilarious. I also thought Monets to giving her heart away was pretty epic: "sure, whatever".
I honestly don't get that mass destruction weapon part fully yet... smily gets candy and that makes a super weapon. And then there is vegapunks dragon, wasn't he dead? And is smily not eating the candy? got to wait to next week, maybe I get it then :D

smily has eaten the candy he just hasnt digested it or whatever he needs to do with it

I'll have to go back, but I think the hallucinations the little girl had is related to the random henchmen that was experimented on by Caesar. Somehow Caesar has found a chemical that gives hallucinations which is related to the candy chemical which is going to be used in his blob monster hence the giant candy. I'm not sure why the blob needs hallucination power with poison but it seems like the hallucinations are definitely there for a reason. Caesar did talk about how he was unsatisfied that prisoners were able to escape the blob being injured instead of killed so I suppose that is the reason.

what exactly is law's ability? he makes a room in a shape of sphere and he can control every thing as he pleases in that sphere. The effect of whatever is done within the sphere persists after whomever been affected get out of the sphere. There has to be more to this.
