ps; just because he had an attack due to his illness doesnt make him weaker, that purely happened because of plot.

Ukitake is stronger than Byakuya. Unohana is stronger than Byakuya. Zaraki is debeatable preff recent events but i would lean towards Zaraki being stronger due to the feats shown.

Unohana was always up in the top of the power ladder, but she always held back, preferring to be a healer rather than a killer. I think Yamamoto had something to do with why, but it might have asked her not to fight for her own sake. For whatever reason, we didn´t see her fight for real, and so her true strength was never revealed.

Ukitake may not have died against Yamamoto but i dont see any reason to believe Yamamoto seriously tried to kill them since both of them wouldnt have lasted a fraction of a second if he got serious
Byakuyas shunpo is almost at the level where he can catch Yorouichi which makes him at least the 3rd faster person after soi Fon (with yourichi being first)
so Byakuya is 4th in power, but in terms of fighters (since Unohana isnt a fighter) hes 3rd

I would put Zaraki below Byakuya for SS arc, simply because he too has "powered up" throughout Bleach. The other captains (except Hitsugaya) all had fully developed powers (even if we hadn't seen them yet), so it makes sense to go on their revealed abilities up until this point. Ichigo would have been stomped had Unohana, Yamamoto, Shunsui, Ichimaru, and probably Ukitake (if the battle didn't go on for too long). You could even throw shinigami Aizen in there if you want to be technical. Apparently, even hollow Ichigo would have been stomped by those 6 as well. He had to get his ultimate to surpass them, and possibly still didn't even surpass Yamamoto (we'll never know  ).

So, let's do power levels like this. Ichigo could not beat Ulquiora Resurrection, which Aizen knew about. Ichigo was stronger than most of the other captains at this point with hollow mask.
Shunsui pretty much beat Stark with no Bankai (he got taken out by a surprise attack at first, and then came back after. Ukitake is somewhere around Shunsui (he completed the academy along with Shunsui), but his sickness puts him lower. Not enough to be lower than Byakuya though, whom he was able to shunpo up to and stop from cutting someone by complete surprise.
If Tousen were around, and smart, I'd rate him to be one of the strongest. A quick beheading with his bankai is way too ridiculous. Gin is definitely stronger than most captains, beating Ichigo.

If by "powered up" you mean he actually bothered to use two hands to wield his sword, then sure.
Zaraki was far beyond Byakuya at that point, he just didn't fight at his outmost because he was silly and stupid (read: Kubo sucks).

Not sure why you guys put zaraki so low, when he fought unohana it was clearly said that he was restraining his power to match his oponent, thats why he was so close to ichigo without bankai. So i'd say he didnt get any powerup after SS arc, he met stronger oponents and just like in fight vs ichigo, he unconsciously matches their strength
