Also we dont even know what Isshins Shikai really looks like. His sword might, or might not have been sealed. Or its permanent release like Ichigos and Zarakis. This is the Last Arc isnt it? I dont know how he will show all this stuff in 1 arc while clearing up the main story. | ||

I know about that one. There's also a technique where he uses his own blood on his sword to create an energy attack (ch532). What about bankai? That's usually where we see multiple abilities/moves. The only one-dimensional bankais we've seen have come from lieutenants, captain furry, and Sui-Feng (who hates her own bankai). and blind dude of course the lietanants have all had one dimensial bankais, if they had good bankais they wouldnt be lietantant anyway Zangetsu not actually being his Zanpaktou makes absolutely no sense simply because of Uraharas special Bankai training doll, if his Hollow had been his real Zangetsu the whole time he would have apeared at that time | ||

The problem is that it's plot development that no one at this point (or at least me personally) really gives a shit about, and moreover the pacing is atrocious as always which makes these plot chapters even more boring. Like, it took an ENTIRE chapter just to make 1 point and they didn't even finish making that point. | ||

Compared to typical Kubo standards, that was really legitimate writing. | ||

Ikaku mastered bankai ages ago there are 3 stages to learn Bankai, the first stage is to be able to manifest your Zanpaktou Spirit (which Ichigo did against Zaraki) the second stage is maifest it at a level others can see it (wich renji demonstrates when he comes into the cave to train) and the third stage is to train with the spirit until you learn Bankai the Doll forces stage 2 to happen so you can proceed immediately with stage 3, if Uryu stabbed the doll nothing would happen because hes not a shinigami, doesnt ahve a Zanpaktou and therefore no Zanpaktou spirit | ||

You can get bankai and still suck with it (again, see Renji). And again, the only people to have used the doll were Ichigo and Urahara. The only thing stated about it is that it draws out the spirit of the thing that stabs it into the "material" world. Supposedly, all quincies have Old Man inside them, so there's the possibility that any solid manifestation (like Ichigos "zanpakutou") that stabs the doll would pull out the Old Man. There's a lot of assumption in there, I know, but just about as much assumption as you're doing. | ||

There's a lot of assumption in there, I know, but just about as much assumption as you're doing. and pulling out the King of quincies causes a forest of blades to apear? cause we all know how much Quincies love swords he even talks about how Ichigo has to find his real form among the forest of blades, and im pretty sure a bow and arrow would ahve stuck up like a sore thumb and Ichigo didnt stab his quincy power into the doll, he stabbed Zangetsu so whatever coems out would be the manifestation of Zangetsu | ||

I think what I'm led to believe. There's stuff that we guess at, and then there are things that are literally stated. We assumed Isshin used the Final Getsuga Tenshou and lost his powers, but then were proven wrong. Right now, those involved in Ichigo's power increases are people that knew the truth about his powers, and each of them are known to be deceitful to fulfill larger goals. This gives a rather large window as to what "really" happened. The only exception at this point is Nimaiya, who has outright stated that Ichigo's old zanpakutou wasn't really a zanpakutou, and Old Man wasn't really Zangetsu. Further, it's claimed that Ichigo did all that he did without the use of an asauchi by their rejection of him the first time. So, at this point, the only thing I can believe is that the versions of Zangetsu we've seen so far are just mock-ups of a normal zanpakutou. | ||

Maybe we'll get some clarification on this in the next few weeks though. suppsoedly the 0th division guy makes Asauchis by compressing spirit power into a sword shape and when you spend enough time with it it synchs with yuor reiatsu to create an unique Zanpaktou so when Aizen made his hollow by compressing tons of soul reaper souls, and then taht Hollow ended up in Ichigo and Ichigo awakened his powers SUPPOSEDLY the Hollow took the form of a Zanpaktou of course it just makes so much more sense that Soul Reapers jsut create a Zanpaktou naturally upon becoming a soul reaper | ||

That would mean: A) hes the oldest and first Shinigami there is ( why isnt he king then?) B) Shinigamis before him didnt even have Zanpakutos (their trademark missing? naaah) Hes more likely simply in charge of making all the swords. That would mean his Hollow powers has a trillion stages. Hollow sword, hollow shikai, hollow Bankai, Hollow Mask, full hollow and whatnot. When Ichigo went full hollow, his sword remained, but Ulquiorra recogniced Ichigos Hollow Power, Cero, Sonido etc etc. He didnt consider Ichigo really hollowlike before that, even with mask. If his Sword would be Hollow based and he uses Bankai, which is arguably the main part of his power, you think noone of the hollows would have noticed? Or noone of the Shinigami Captains? I get that, im not trying to prove things wrong (well ok i sorta am). My initial point, and looking at the topic here im not alone, was that even the things the author clearly states and leads us to believe, which in the manga are real explanations, are still full of holes, and badly crafted. Therefore bleach isnt deep. Kubo shouldnt try so hard to pull off these plot connections if he keeps messing them up. Should just delete everything after Aizen arc, and do it simpler, but better. | ||

obviously hes the part of the Soul King and was put in Ichigo to supress the part of Bach thats inside Ichigo, and was trying to stop him from using the Final Getsuga because Bach needed the bit inside Ichigo to completely awaken | ||
