It's really funny, I've been "reading" along with the show, but must have stopped just before Jamie was captured and was completely and happily shocked. Can not wait for ending. | ||

I don't want to spoiler myself in the other thread since i haven't finished reading the whole series but have completed GoT. Tywin's host Battle book/tv comparison + Show Spoiler + Really hated the way the battle between Tywin's host and Robb's levies was portrayed. Tyrion just gets stepped on by his men and wakes up after the battle covered in some blood? what the hell. Shae book/tv comparison + Show Spoiler + Dint Shae seem a lot more simple minded in the book? The rest of the episode was Awesome. The way they translated the words from the book the the screen for Ned's death was beautifully painful. | ||

Be careful of spoilers in the comments. omg this article's pretty sweet Not to throw too many pretentious references around, but there’s a short story by Anton Chekhov where the lead character dies in the middle of a sentence — he didn’t even get his own sentence lol that's awesome! and totally agree with this comment: "That chick who plays the queen is soo awful – I can’t stand watching her face. She has the same expression all the time and her whispery, flat tone makes my ears bleed." every other actor cast for the series has been so great so far, and I never really cared for her character anyway, but it's still a bit annoying. I've also seen Headey in some other stuff she's done and she still talks in basically the same manner. | ||
