GoT has used a lot of symbolism before and considering that's CGI and they can shape it any way they want, perhaps the shape isn't random. I'm not convinced though, but who knows.

I simply don't see the wolf in there tbh. I agree that symbolism can be a great tool, but people overdo it a bit here and there.
