I hope he survives and finds a new cause, a noble one would be nice. As for Danny I think it is looking quite grim, he was her best advisor and with Barristan who only advises honorable things, Greyworm who might still have his cock (he doesn t remember when it was cut) and will do his love story with Missandei and Dario who seems stupid, I don t even expect her to take the other cities of slave s bay back.
Edit: And idk why peole expect the mountain to fight others, he will most likely die from his wounds, he got pierced two times in the chest and deeply, plus he got his ligaments cut on his right leg. At least he won t be able to walk but normally after being stabbed like that he should die.
This would be good and bring some closure, although wouldn't be as satisfying as if he were burned to death by Sandor or something. I was assuming that he would recover and go back to rapin' and killin' because GRRM has some twisted love of evil people surviving but then again maybe he won't troll us too hard this time. EDIT: And well I suppose he killed that little shit Joffrey so he is not 100% evil <:
As for Tyrion; I have thought all along that GRRM basically puts him as the protagonist in the show (well, books but I haven't read the books) so I am assuming he will get out of this pickle but as for what he will do...surely he will have no money and therefore he is just a small person with absolutely nothing to defend himself with.
Can I just also add; in the bit where the Mountain killed Oberyn...the reactions from Tyrion + his random wife were a-m-a-z-i-n-g, perfect authenticity.
The guy in the show was competing for strongest man on earth he is 2m5 tall and weights 190kg. It is the best you could expect for an actor and the fight was aw.esome

I've got a different feelings, Oberyn was skilled enough to kill the strongest man in Westeros, even tho he has died, I think he could easily beat mountain without his revenge obsession, just with clear mind, so we can put him somewhere in the top of duelist. But personally I would like to see more combats with him, to be sure, but the story with Khal Drogo repeats again, those dothraki was very strong in theory and by storyline, bot on our show we saw pretty much nothing about his skills :/

Actually Lena Headey has said that she hasn't read any of the books. Any "spoilers" she knows about are from the scripts.
Headey promoted this weekend's (season 3) Game of Thrones finale on Conan on Tuesday (June 4), and confided that she fears Cersei will meet a fate similar to Robb Stark's brutal murder.
"I admitted while sitting next to [author] George [RR Martin] that I hadn't read the books and now I fear for my life," she joked to Conan O'Brien.

I was joking.
The expressions of the characters in that pic just reminded me of a group of people watching Oberyn die and 1 of them knew it was coming xD (Cersei). It's like:

The mountain weighs 30 stone of muscle. Which means if he connects... you die. Simple as. But the Red Viper is armed with a long spear, which he famously knows how to use exceptionally well.
Real outcome: Mountain dies in first seven seconds of engagement.
Spear thrusts to feet, hamstring, fist, then moving past him to finish the job with the spear in the back of the neck
they never show thrusts to feet and hands in film as it dosn't look cool. But seriously... spear guy duels sword guy... spear guy stabs hands and feet. Pinprick raids that stop the enemy from fighting too hard.
Also, The Mountain is wearing some kind of wierd maille and leather plates affair. This, in a time where steel plate exists is like hanging a sign around your neck saying 'kill me now'.
Bigman has a massive sword, that's really cool, butsits balance is mega off whack. Yeah you might be the strongest motherfucker out there, but balance works in weird ways. Bend the spear around his guard and just take him apart piece by piece.
I love asking him about this sort of stuff. I have seen him destroy people with a spear (it's his weapon of choice). It's hilarious how easily he can hit people's necks from a long range.
I presume "realistically" the mountain would use a shield and a helmet that doesn't fall off when it's hit and would be wearing full plate mail more like in the comic of the fight. If the comic is more representative of what the Mountain is supposed to look like, then he is so big that his sword is actually as long or longer than Oberyn's spear. Certainly the 3rd actor they found to play the Mountain wasn't that impressive fighting with the sword though, and doesn't live up to the reputation that the show tried to give him leading into the fight. Probably more a limitation of not having that many actors who could possibly fill the role convincingly and the show generally not having particularly impressive fight choreography.
that comic is pretty cool, shame that Tyrion doesn't have that "I'm feeling more innocent by the instant" line in the show.
Man, I just thought of a crazy idea...with Oberyn dead, Dorn would retaliate against the Lanisters right? If Tyrion if set to die, wouldn't be crazy if he somehow got sent over to Dorn as a "Prisoner", with the current relationship with him and the rest of family. A lot of crazy ideas could come out and most of wouldn't know @_@
Btw, if they kill Ser Pounce then I'm truly done with this series, they can kill off the entire screen cast as long as they leave Ser Pounce alive.
Urboss: Considering that he has been treated like shit his entire life and that his father now had no problem sentencing him death in order to gain political ground, and that his sister just wants him dead he prolly won't stay near the lannisters family anymore.
Most likely he will end up at the NightWatch, since that still is an option, somehow.
Another possibility is that he somehow escapes his execution and joins some kind of resistance to fight the lannisters as vengeance for their betrayal. If nothing else he prolly wants to kill his father and his sister since they basically were the ones ordering everyone else to kill him.
Why would Dorne avenge his death after he offered himself to a duel? He fought of his own free will, and he was good at it. There was no cheating no nothing. If Dorne retaliates, its just stupid.
The comic is awesome, if they make one from all the books i would read 100% sure but from the comic it looks like they both die, so semi-spoiler-ish.
Now if Arya can just go to Jaquen, and come back in like 3 seasons as an awesome assassin(leave the show so she doesent get killed by the beetlesmasher, yeah im looking at you Martin)
And please dont let Littlefinger corrupt Sansa anymore.
Some people say next episode is 2 hours, is this true? I dont watch the previews, terrified of spoilers
