He killed that fashion guy in season 4(?) who turned out to be innocent. I think its the first time he intentionally killed someone innocent though. My prediction for season 5 + Show Spoiler + Dexter confesses to Deb that he is a serial killer. Deb is like "lul wut? so am I." They form a brother-sister serial killer team. Quinn is actually Doakes's half brother, and is trying to finish what Doakes started. Dexter has to hunt down and kill Kira, who posesses a death note.

It's one of those shows where you wish you could delete your memory so that you could watch it all over again and expierence it one more time, you know. Really interesting what branch they will continue the story now. Can't wait

He had some deep deep flaws, which made his actions seem justifiable for his character. That said, he was fucking hilarious. The way he said "fuck you" was awesome. Also the scenes when he was in the cage and was trying to reason with Dexter were great. Quinn can't rival Doakes. I thought it was believable how Doakes finally caught up to Dexter, because he was smart enough. But Quinn isn't very smart from what we know about him in the past. It would be very unrealistic for Quinn to outsmart Dexter in anyway. + Show Spoiler + But wtf was with the sketches? They looked exactly like Dexter yet only Quinn sees it some how. I'm hoping this is the last season (unless they make some radical changes like Dex leaving the force and being a fugative or Deb trying to kill him or something) so I'm hoping Dexter gets found out, preferably by Deb. If they ended the show with Dexter never getting caught I would be so disappointed. Half the show up until this point talked about how its inevitable that he get caught. I hope they have the balls to write it that way. Would be a grisly end to a grisly show. Having him live happily ever after would be so lame.

I expect the show to end exactly how it started, with Dexter driving around in a car on the hunt for a kill. That is how it better end, or I will be disappointed.

Doakes was such a good character, he was just so fucking perfect for hunting down Dexter, smart and strong. Quinn is just a retard nobody, who appears to fuck anything that walks the earth.

Looks like this show will wrap up soon, my predictions are that - Quinn will most likely die, he'll know too much, confront Dexter, and Dexter will have no problem killing him because he is starting to break the boundaries of the code (first with the fashion man from s4) because he killed this seemingly innocent random guy who just insulted him but he has no evidence that he actually killed anyone. - Deborah will slowly put two and two together and find out her step-brother is in fact a serial killer or at least she'll start researching into it more. - The killings from yesterday will point to another miami serial killer, probably one that likes to chop his victims heads off and remove the tongue and eyes to send his message "You don't see and you don't talk" out. Dexter will most likely find this serial killer but leave some big clues behind him.

Killing a person that didn't fit his code has happened in the past. What annoys me the most is the fact that they let everyone assume that dexter dealt with the mess he left at the boat house restroom, by not even mentioning how he did it... I mean it was QUITE a mess in a very bad spot to clean up imo. Oh and about the whole Quinn being doakes#2 thing, I hope the writers realize that just killing him is a very easy and repeated way out. If it happens, hopefully it won't be some deb killin him by "mistake" like the ice truck killer in season 1 or like doakes in season 2. My prediction: Dexter is gonna unveil some nasty stuff about quinn's past, therefore making him fit his code and killing him.

Normally when things like the boat house, I just dont bother thinking about it, I know its TV anyway. But hopefully it will have some dire consequences. And wasn't it dexter's girlfriend, or lover, that killed Doakes?
