I still don't know how Louis knew that plastic hand that belonged to Ice Truck Killer case evidence collection, was somehow related to Dexter. How did he know to mail that to him, and even so, prepare it by painting the nails beforehand? I thought he knew about who Dexter really is. If so, they didn't do anything about that and tried to show the whole reason for the animosity between them as simply Dexter insulting his game.I don't know about you guys but I'm still confused about this. All the other stuff I can understand, but this still bugs me.
The hand simply symbolises Dexter and Brian's mom, who liked painting her fingernails in that particular style. To send the hand specifically to Dexter implied that Louise knew about Dexter's past and he wanted to hurt him by threatening to make this secret known to all and therefore ruin Dexter's life. (or at least blackmail Dexter) The fact that they mentioned nothing of this, and simply showed him as an obssessive nerd is just stupid.
EDIT: Now that I think about it, on the off chance, he might have wanted to take the hand from the evidence box and send it to Dexter, in order to make Dexter look like he stole it in the first place. He may wanted to have Dex fired for this, I'm not sure. However this can only be true if he, as he said, really got pissed off at Dex after he found his game "offensive". I don't remember when he sent the hand to Dex, if it's after their talk about his game, it could be possible, otherwise I'm not sure. Even so, this does not explain him painting the fingernails before sending the hand to Dexter. He must have known about Dexter's past.
EDIT2: Allright, I checked again. He does not paint the fingernails actually so I remembered it wrong. He apparently paints some Palm Chart stuff (maybe to send a message to Dexter, saying your time is short?) In any case, it's still fishy considering the way he chose to send this message, that fucking hand is not some ordinary item.

Loving Isaac. It took me until episode 3 to realize he was Titus Pullo, now I keep waiting for Vorenus to show up.

wat? I viewed that pic as father and son. I mean I suppose it's possible they were lovers or something but with the other talk that he did when talking about family and how they are amazing at the age of 5 I sort of extrapolated from there that the pic was father and son. If your post is sarcasm, I apologize. It is the internet and your post was rather lacking in anything to give me any indication on sarcasm or not.

i could see the lovers angle as well
because if it was his son, i dont think the bar owner guy would have had the balls to talk about him like he did in front of isaac

Anyone got seizure while watching today's episode?

What? He was buff as hell and practiced boxing, I'm sure not many people would stay concious after a huge hit like that.

I CAN CONTROL EVERYTHING.

A big problem with Dexter is that the writing and acting doesn't flow naturally. And all the events are so scripted so as to exemplify the main 'theme' of the season. Like the Spelzer arc was just so perfect in beginning to convince Deb of Dexter's way of life.

Was so funny when Dexter went ¨FUUUUUUUCK!!!!!!!!! FUUUUUCCCKCKCKCKC!!¨

Trinity isn't happy with this statement.

Isaac seems to me to be one of the more refined antagonists. Smarter, more in control. Can't wait to see how this turns out.
Also, great episode. Great season so far. Much, much better than the last two. Only issue I have is how things ended with Louis, but I won't complain too much since I didn't really like him to begin with.

I'm absurdly relieved that Dexter didn't let Khaldor-guy burn alive; I was really tense during that scene and forgot all about the stake.
Poor Dexter, having to burn his legacy, but I hope Deb will get off his back now and maybe be a little more supportive of his favourite past time.

He's still just a bloodthirsty gangster with a hard-on for revenge.

As an English teacher not of American descent, I firmly approve of the British English shut down Isaac so dutifully performed.
