It became pretty blatant at one point when travis was hallucinating that Gellar was bleeding. I think the writers made it intentionally obvious for viewers to draw connections to once the twist was revealed. This hasn't been a terrible season overall, and has been much better that whatever teh fuck season 5 was. Dexter has had better plotlines though

But I love it now. Season 6 is great, I never noticed how the guy's mentor was never there. Season 5 was up/down, but I can see why the girl actor got nominated for an emmy x.x She's good at acting. Dexter and Deb's relationship is awesome. I feel sorry for Dexter when he blows Deb off, and I feel sorry for Deb for all the shit she's been through. I love her as a character; I've never heard a character say variations of fuck so many times on TV. So all's good! Looking fowards to the next episode.

I am wondering, whats so special and unique about this? Is the story and quality as good as shows such as LOST or Prison Break? Thanks guys Lost is the most boring show ever and Prison break is a crap show for 5year olds (or girls with a crush on the main actor). Dexter on the other hand is the most amazing, though provoking show ever.

Every other season is preety much like first few seasons of Lost. The 'most thought provoking show ever' title goes to Breaking Bad, which is phenomenal. Every single season is extremely well written and you should both check it out.

Go back to watching Season 1 and DEFINITELY don't miss out on season 4. You honestly missed the best seasons. Especially season 4. God that was great. Just look away when anything remotely disturbing could show up ![]()

I don't understand why fans of one show feel the need to say how other shows suck. Anyway, it bothers me how many people know about the real Dexter - Lumen, Quinn, Jonah, Travis. The previous seasons he was much more cautions and I couldn't imagine Dex telling so many people who he really is. Nowadays instead of being more secretive he just goes to his victims, tells them that he is a killer and threatens them.

He had a suspicion but got Told of by deb for it. However I'm sure if he knew for certain he would want to be a hero and go public with it.

Overall, this season is my favourite after season 1. Season 4 was amazing for the 2nd half but the first half was just too slow to pick up for me. Season 5 was also average and better than s2/3 imo.

Later Dexter went off and left Travis in the hotel room. Travis went back to the university and did his thing.

Lost doesn't have a single season (maybe first half of season 1 when it is all still new and kind of cool before you figure out the show is just leading you on) that is equal or better to worst season of Dexter. As for Breaking Bad, maybe. But I don't have enough time to watch both BB and The Wire but I heard better things about the The Wire so that show is on my to watch list. First season was ruined just because you knew they would escape at the end and by 100 stupid ways everything went wrong for 20 episodes. Each season after that was worse and worse. I only watched it because my wife didn't give me a choice :D

Imagine you knew from beginning that Rudy is ITK and Dexter's brother..or generally watching a movie with spoilers. It's just not the same.

Wow, you're really hating Lost. And I suppose you haven't seen season 5 of Dexter, that shit truly was horrible.
