Just to avoid any upcoming confusion, Madara does not have three eyes now (most likely). The lower tomoe on his mask actually are vision slits so he obviously replaced his lost eye. But the upper one does not show any three dimensionality or edges of the mask, so it's only painted on the surface.
It's cool to see Madara having his old weapon again. I was always curious in what way he uses a fan for fighting, but seemingly he actually does. Yeah, sure Uchiha means "fan" so it's logical that he uses one but how does he actually fight with it? :D
I'ld have loved to see a reaction of Madara on Kisame's death, but possibly they don't even know what happened and that he died.
These frog costumes kinda confused me although the actual flashback is really cool ^^
What a bold allusion Kishimoto made on the relationship between Konan and Yahiko, especially because of broadly grinning Nagato guarding the door :D

The Fourth had minutes to observe Madara's abilities and he had other things to take care of. Konan prepared for god knows how long and went for a suicide attack.
(It also reminded me of Deidara's final effort. Big suicide explosions don't work against Sharingan users, period.  )

The Fourth had abilities similar to Madara, so he had a more equal playing field against him.
Konan fought with paper. Exploding....pieces of paper....And she actually did damage. That in itself is something to be awed at.

Man. I really really enjoyed reading and watching Naruto earlier on when the jutsus and spells were within reasonable belief, i.e., controlled by chakra levels. Now, characters like Madara have rinnegan and god knows what other "special abilities"
