Uzumaki IMO means that their line is 'eligible' for having the Rinnegan but clearly they did not get it by themselves because Madara 'gave it' to Nagato. Therefore I assume that the second path is needed to create the third (Sharingan -> Rinnegan), the genes for the ability to control it are the Uzumaki, and the ability to use other paths is also bestowed upon Sharingan users ('absorbing' Senju, giving Rinnegan and hoping to get it back for his own purposes). Sharingan imba.

I liked this chapter especially because Madara finally went berserk in that he says "fuck it all, I am Darkness".
Had some good feeling to it. And it jumped the storyline even further. Can't wait for next week's episode.
p.s: Madara is Aizen, and everything is turning out as Aizen has planned it. You heard it here first. Naruto is actually the distant past of Bleach and Madara is Aizen and Aizen is reborn in Bleach.

No he isn't he just had the most obvious physical factor, the Rinnegan.
Madara is definitely Tobi.

Tobi's right eye have the same kind of dimensional power as Kakashi's left eye. The difference between the 2 is kakashi's is more powerful, while Tobi need to touch the person to warp them, Kakashi can use it as a ultra long range attack. Imagine if Obito didn't die and gain full excess of MS by killing kakashi, he would be the most powerful MS user, oh wait what if Tobi took Kakashi's eye? His technique would be complete, cause he can warp ppl without touching with the left eye and keep himself phase out with the right eye, wow that's totally imba yes?

It's two different types of paths as it seems:
The Rinnegan provided Pain with seven paths of the Rinnegan, while there seem to be six paths of Rikkoudu Sennin, consisting of the bloodlines he combined as it seems. It's unknown if there is a relation between those I guess.
So it seems that Rikkoudu Sennin united six traits in his body which later were scattered. Two of these "paths" were later known as the Uchiha and Senyu clans, so they're bloodlines. One is the "body" of Rikkoudu Sennin, existent in the Senyu clan, and one his "eyes" which later became the Sharingan of Uchiha. What the other four pathes are seems unkown.
The third one seems to be eithe the Rinnegan or the Uzumaki clans body, since he said that the third path (after senyu and uchiha) is in Nagato, who has the Rinnegan as well as Uzumaki heiritage.
Tobi IS Madara. Most likely. There just was alot of speculation about that topic because "Tobi" always weared a mask and seemed to have a different hairstyle, what is kinda unimportant in a universe having "henge no jutsu"... also his long hair is most likely hidden under the cloth wrapped all around his head.
Some people started speculating that he really was Obito, because only his right eye was visible all the time while Obito gave his left one to Kakashi before he died. But that's highly unlikely and not really supported by any evidence, especially since Madara's second eye became visible in chapter 510.

And when he said he is Madara Uchiha but what a nice chapter...sucks to see her die but her death was inevitable anyways. It's Naruto's job to kill Madara or stop his plan. But wow, I remember months ago when they fought with one another (manga chapter) someone made a theory of how Pein and Naruto are related...and they are...But Madara is now going to get what he wanted...or is he?
