I didn't watch the previews at the end of the last episode. So I am dying for this fight to finally start. I just hope they increase the budget and make the animation as good as it deserves.

yeah, its probably great for refining urself and increasing stamina but i doubt it trumps any actual fighting they do with real opponents especially if they can train with whis. Its like learning to do anything by urself even with a lot of time it doesnt really compare to what someone who has mastered it can show u.

I don't buy the idea that Goku and Vegeta training in the time chamber is less efficient than Whis training. Are we saying Whis training is 365x as effective as just straight up Goku and Vegeta? I get that Whis represents a totally different level and is teaching them a new, improved method of movement, but time chamber still represents enormous power increases. It's always been like a zarbon situation where you are now beating down the person who beat you down.

Ever done something in a blind idiot grunt work approach that went nowhere because you were spending a lot of time and expending a lot of effort, but you weren't efficient at it? Same concept. Being in the HTC has little benefit unless you know what you're trying to get better at.

Vegeta, second attempt during Cell saga.

There would have been more if they used it more. But don't you remember Whis' speech to Vegeta early in the series? "You have become significantly stronger, but with this training regimen you will never be able to match Beerus." So yeah, it would not be unreasonable to say that Whis is >300x more effective.

Not happening. He's too whimsical to agree to that.

Not that they need Whis all the time. As with most training, he provides the direction, they provide the work. And they do use the HTC whenever it seems appropriate to do so.

I think the HTC is one of those things that's okay to have. Since Kami made it (or Popo), it should be fine. They don't allow mortals to manipulate space/time.

I am supremely bummed that Gohan did not return to his namekian outfit after daddy piccolo had to be the one to get Gohan to be an actual fighter again.

Honestly, Kame House orange looks better on Gohan. Not to mention Piccolo trained him first in that outfit. Would do good to have a Demon insignia on it to remind people who his original instructor was though.
