Now he's just the cliched "I want to become the strongest" meatheaded character who's half retarded and decides to shake the king of the universe's hand which is supposed to be all taboo and shit. Are we supposed to find this funny Jesus Christ it's been overdone so many times - retarded main character with an IQ of 5 who likes to have fun because that's what retarded Japanese kids relate to, being "naughty" and doing "taboo" shit while laughing about it all the time and being hungry all the time. Spoiler on what it's about. + Show Spoiler + Next up in Dragon Ball Super, adult Trunks will be putting in his first appearance in a long time! Like last time, I write an outline of the entire plot, then the script writers break it up into episodes, expanding on things, changing things around, or adding in new bits as need be. Despite being so strong, Trunks barely escapes from the future with his life. The future was supposed to be at peace, so what in the world could have happened!? And what about this foe too strong even for Trunks to handle, Black Goku!? (Well, you can probably imagine what he’s like just based off the name) It’s the start of a battle that surpasses time and space, and drags in the God of Destruction, Kaiōshin, even the Omni-King! Many mysteries will be revealed! There’s some confusing bits with time changing here and there, but just bear with me. It should definitely turn out to be a fun story! In the very first movie (Goku vs Berus), Goku was alreadybreathing in space so it doesn't seem to be a problem anymore ^^' | ||

Not sure if it was only like this in DB Super, surely Goku has been in Space in the other animes? | ||

Frieza and King Kai said (during the destruction of Namek) that Goku wouldn't be able to breathe in space and die. I think Whis also made a similar comment when Frieza blew up Earth. But then there's repeatedly random instances of Saiyans in space unprotected and not dying. I think most of that is filler stuff not done by Toriyama though E: Apparently Daizenshuu 7 says Saiyans can't survive in space. | ||
