They say it is much more darker than the last movie. My guess would be a late 2015 DVD release of the movie again, so around November 2015 :ooo However if your a lucky American, it is being released in the Summer in Cinemas in English Dub! | ||

I went back and started watching DB for the first time. It's so much more charming and entertaining in general. DBZ was pretty awesome (as a kid), during Saiyan and Frieza sagas. After that it was still pretty cool, but... it started to really get too far into just throwing random ass deus ex machinas as solutions every other episode. No build up the way they did in the Frieza saga. Anyway, it's anime. What do I expect? The only anime I've watched since being a kid was Attack on Titan because so many people were talking about it. It was actually pretty cool, with a great premise, but it STILL had so many overly anime moments that made me want to face palm. | ||

It is a lot more whimsical, and as you said, entertaining (action, comedy, etc. DBZ was somewhat one dimensional). I actually had a pretty serious back surgery last year, and was bedridden for awhile. A friend of mine gave me the box sets of Naruto and One piece. I hadn't really kept up with anime since I was younger either. They were both surprisingly good (took some getting used to, especially with one piece, but after a dozen or so episodes, I was feeling it. Hell, I was bedridden, was either that or watch the news). I recommend giving them a chance if you haven't already. | ||
