Yeah Vegeta! Finally he gets his proper time in the spotlight.
The fusion for the next episode was a bit expected given they're essentially the same person and both have Potara earrings.
It was even briefly mentioned with Zamasu and Gowasu earlier to put it on the same ear to avoid fusion.
That said, it *is* convenient that now magically Gowasu and Supreme Kai are present in the future to provide Potara earrings to Goku/Vegeta/Trunks. Since Supreme Kai has been separated from Kibito, one could state that the fusion is now reversible and thus no longer permanent.
On a side note, what is it with the good guys getting stabbed by the energy hand/sword of Black and only being disabled by it for a few seconds? Trunks got gutted by it, fell to the ground as expected and was up and about a minute later. Same with Goku. Only Vegeta was really down. Did Mai give him another Sensu?

I found that strange too. They were like "he's dying if we don't do anything" and a few seconds later he gets up looking decently fine.

Dragon Ball has never been a series that was particularly concerned about internal consistency. I just roll with it.

Well Mai had the bag of Senzu beans so she probably healed him. But not sure what Goku was about. Probably mostly his rage that allowed him to keep going despite the injury.
Also maybe Black impaled vital organs for Vegeta but not Goku.

pretty much this. Excited to see the fusion next episode. Glad to see Vegeta finally kicking some ass. It's been very sad seeing him get kicked around despite him being one of the strongest fighters around.

BTW, there's a lot of chat going on with Dragonball Xenoverse 2, apparently the company who made the game is pulling a shifty

My thoughts on Xenoverse were very middle-of-the-road. I liked it, but all in all it was decidedly average and I didn't really feel like playing much after beating the campaign. I'll wait to see what people say about Xenoverse 2 over the next few months before I decide whether or not I want to buy it.

Xenoverse 2 is a definite improvement over Xenoverse 1, but if you didn't like x1 that much you probably will feel the same about x2 as im not sure the improvements justify a purchase. Combat is improved, the rng of getting some of items is reduced, being able to merge an items stats with another items looks is cool, good character selection as you should expect, master/instructor system is greatly improved(no more random spawns yay), you can fly in the hub world, you get a mount(like the nimbus cloud), some pq's are reused from the first game but there are new ones. That's all I can think of for now

That was a disappointing episode. + Show Spoiler +It ending with the preview from the last ep was very meh. Them forgetting the sealing isn't quite the surprise, and I knew it would fail cuz the fusion had to happen. I guess next episode Goku + Vegeta will get trashed until they use fusion, though I wouldn't mind something else happening.

Goku could immediately replicate the Kamehameha after seeing it done by Roshi once. When it comes to fighting techniques, he's the fastest learner.

I got a good look at Xenoverse 2 and I think that it is... ok, just ok. I'll file it in my "I'll play it when I'm not busy" backlog and get the game when it's on sale.
