Terra Formars
Some time ago I stumbled on this gem. Started reading it without expecting much, but I was so~ surprised. This thing is amazing, most of the characters are very likeable, and the action leaves you with no breath. I have to say, the story and setting really ring a bell with me, I just love it.
Short resume (without spoilers): humans race is exhausting Earth`s resources and starts a terraforming project in order to colonize Mars. Many years later the first manned ship to Mars is send to check on the progress. The crew, however, is in for a little surprise.
I suggest you read chapters 1-6, and only after that read the prequel chapter 0, then continue onwards. Also you might want to skip the description in mangafox, its kinda spoilerish.

I also want tho share one more great manga that probably does not have the attention it deserves, but Im not sure if Iam allowed to post another thread about it in such short time period.

Read through the English version on Manga Fox, but they only have like 8 chapters... Proceed to read the Chinese version as much as I can. The latest is chapter 38, still an on going series.
In terms of characters disposal, this is worst than a Game of Thrones. A lot of these characters are so likeable too. Reading through the comments section after each chapter cracks me up, with readers cursing at the author for offing the cute chicks.

Up to Chapter 63.
This is going to be a classic seinen manga up there with Berserk. Far better than GantZ and Shingeki no Kyojin in my opinion.

I really need to quit looking at these threads. I'm the kind of person that reads/watches all of something in a day (or a few consecutive days depending on the length) and I keep getting caught up in all these really good manga/manhwa that aren't close to over :\ I don't like it -_-
(I am really enjoying this one though. Reminds me of GantZ before it was bad.)

This manga makes insects very interesting and has some pretty cool concepts to explore.

I wanted to read a feelgood manga of humanity triumphing over the bad guys. Doesn't seem like that will be the case. With the newest chapter, I wonder when the story will go back to human vs insects again. Human vs human makes me depressed.
